great vacation

Wonderful condo, beautiful furnishings, good location. We love this location and have stayed at Sand Point other times. This condo rates a 5 out of 5 stars and the host/owner Curtis is easy to communicate with. All in all just a great vacation.

Great condo!

This condo was great! My husband and I stayed there for a week and loved it! It had everything we could want or need; plenty of dishes, cookware, towels,etc. The host was very prompt at answering any questions or concerns, and the building was very well kept. It helped to make our vacation even better!

Daytona Beach Vacation

We enjoyed the couple of days we got to stay. Unfortunately Hurricane Milton decided to pay a visit and we had to evacuate on Monday. We are hoping to be able to return next year to finish our vacation.

Perfect location! The building and property were well maintained.

The condo is as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is outstanding! We will keep this condo at the top of our list when we return to Daytona.

The condo was perfect! Just as pictured. Great view of the Atlantic. Quiet spot, even during Bike Week and the beginning of Spring break. Clean and comfortable bed.

Very nice condo with an excellent ocean front view of the ocean

We had a very good time in this condo. It was beautifully decorated and clean! The balcony is huge...I think 40 feet which provides day and night views of the beautiful ocean! We would definitely rent this specific condo again! ❤️🌴

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful views!

This place was amazing! Close to stores and restaurants, perfect location. Balcony is huge! Watched the sunrise every morning! Unit is much larger than the pictures show. Hoping to come back in a couple of years! Anytime I had a question and sent a text to owner, he replied within minutes. Thank you for giving us your home for a week, we made some amazing memories!!

Nice location and view.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit is just as described. It is large and roomy with a nice large kitchen and updated bathrooms. The Sand Point Condominiums are nicely located and well maintained. The only negative was the guest bedroom mattresses being very, very hard and the glass doors and windows not being cleaned. With that said we would stay here again unless we needed to use the guest bedroom due to the mattresses.

Best Vacation

This condo was very nice. The room was very clean. Lots of room in this condo. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking in the room. The view is great! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We will visit again! We had an issue with the washer. Notified the owner and by the next morning someone was there to fix it!! Great people to deal with!

Great place, Great host!

The condo is exactly as described. It is very spacious and relaxing. The balcony has plenty of seating. Kitchen is fully stocked. Bedrooms are very spacious. Keypad entry to the unit is a nice touch so you don't have to dig for the key when you are hauling groceries or beach bags. The kids loved the pool and easy beach access.Chris (the owner) is extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.The onsite property manager is a quite harsh, but aren't they all? I just communicated with the owner and all was fine!

A nightmare

Smell would knock you over. Had to wash sheets, bedspreads and towels to get smell out. Bought plugin Glade and spray Glade air freshners but did not help. Black staining coming out of air vents. May have caused respiratory problems. Checked out in 2 days. Had to find new place to stay.

I have been very fortunate over the last seventeen years to have had very few problems with renters. None of the renters before or after this renter commented on any odor in the condo. After only two days I gladly refunded the full weekly rent and deposit to this renter.

The condo was nice and roomy did have a good time but under the understanding that the condo hadn't been rented out for a few month's it had a musty smell upon arrival and we had purchased air deodorizer's to cover the odor which had helped... also small dead flying bugs on the floors of the condo which my wife had to sweep up. The kitchen was stock with lots of dish's, utensils and pots and pans. the dishwasher may have a problem or it may be human operator error we couldn't get it to work all the time looked for some instruction but couldn't find any. Maybe have a copy of operational instruction's on the appliances. The view from the very large balcony was excellent and peaceful. The building was clean and cared for and the other surrounding guest or owner's were pleasant and friendly. Would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the dead flying bug caucus's and a little airing out before arrival. Other than that it is a very nice condo and would recommend it to others.

We're glad to hear of another good vacation at our condo. The dishwasher is working properly. We encourage all our guests to contact us if they have any questions or concerns while they are at the condo. We have an onsite manager and handyman available to assist at anytime.

Good place for vacation

Apartment is quite and well equipped with everything what you need for a family with school kids or teens. Best place is the huge balcony watching sun rise, beach life or tuned jeeps and trucks. Restaurants and supermarkets are close in 1 to 5 miles. Chris cares about all belongings with fast responds and can be reached easily by email.

Best Condo Ever

This condo is very large with three large ocean front windows. It is decorated beautifully and a plus is the ice cream shop across the street. I would definitely reccomend this property.

Wonderful Week Away

Like everyone else, we couldn't wait to escape for w week or fun, sun and a chance to make memories. To say we were pleased would be an understatement. This rental exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to go back!

4 weeks in Daytona 9/28-10/26

This was the most enjoyable vacation ever!! My wife had a month long stay at Daytona on her"Bucket List". The accommodations were superb, all matching kitchen-dishes silverware, cookware and the rest. We loved the huge balcony areas, with sliding glass doors in both the living room and bedroom. The owner was very prompt when we reported a broken chair back upon arrival, it was repaired the next day! Very responsive to questions, etc. Felt like home!!! Will definitely stay here again, probably more than once!!
