Overall the condo needed alot of work and whoever cleaned the condo before our arrival don't do a good job. Access to the beach was really good. And there was bugs.:(

Pool was very dingy and needed to be cleaned badly. Room was okay, there was what appeared to be mud or something smeared on the shower curtain. Didn’t like that there was no ice machine. Overall the stay was okay.

Even in peak beach season, this place is great for couples or a small family. Small condo complex. 5 stories, so no waiting on the elevator. Not overly crowded. Beach itself was busy but the property is a perfect no-frills getaway with an ocean view. North Myrtle is probably also generally less pricey than Myrtle since Myrtle attracts tourists from all over the place. Check in was easy. The property was quiet and there’s plenty of things to do all along highway 17, which is one block away.

Property can use some updates and maintenance. Great beach access and view. Floors were really sandy and kitchen chairs also. Silverware in the drawers were dirty. Three TVs in the condo and only one worked for first two days. TVs were old and couldn’t stream programs. Condo was right size for two people. Any more would have been crowded. It really is distracting from vacation to constantly message the host.

When the cleanliness issues were brought to my attention, I promptly sent the cleaning team back to the property. When the TV issues were reported, I also arranged for maintenance to come and resolve them. I always strive to respond quickly and take immediate action whenever guests notify me of a concern. While I understand that messaging during a vacation is not ideal, I appreciate that you reached out because it gave me the opportunity to address the issues rather than leaving them unresolved. Items were broken(faucet sink - movable and towel holder under the sink) and very basic. The cheapest materials were used...plastic coffee table etc. Cords were hanging off of the wall and a hazard for small children. We were allowed 1 towel and 1 wash rag for the entire stay. There were no oven mitts when cooking and we had to use the only kitchen towel as a hot pad. Sandy floors, but the rest was relatively clean. There are simple things and maintenance that can make this so much better. I get you don't need expensive items for people to damage, but some effort should be taken.

Very clean and comfortable place. Would put a chair or luggage stand in the master and a grab bar in master bath. Really enjoyed the closeness of the beach and having coffee on the balcony.

First impression is a dirty mat in front of door, kitchen needs help, at least upgrade all kitchen ware, bed is uncomfortable with a pillow top, not real clean in bathroom, balcony looks like it has not been cleaned ever, no windows in bedrooms and not even a fan in second bedroom.

The condo is represented accurately in the listing photos, including the layout, bedrooms, balcony, and furnishings. The second bedroom does not have a window, which is visible in the listing photos, and the amenities provided are also accurately described before booking. Mattress comfort is also very much a personal preference and can vary significantly from guest to guest. That said, I do appreciate the feedback and will review the items mentioned, including the kitchenware, bathroom, and balcony, to ensure everything is in the best condition possible for future guests.
