The highlight of the property is the resort-style backyard. Take a refreshing swim in the sparkling pool, or lounge poolside while watching boats drift by on the canal. As the sun sets, the entire backyard glows with stunning Florida skies. Dine outside with plenty of seating and lighting.
Step down to the private dock, where you can fish right from the backyard, rod holders and chairs included, or launch one of the provided kayaks or paddleboards to explore nearby waterways and the natural beauty of Weedon Island Preserve.
For guests who love adventure, we provide everything you need for a perfect day outdoors:

Just across the nearby footbridge is a beautiful waterfront park with paths for walking, biking, and skating.

One of our favorite features is the nearby bike path that provides a beautiful ride all the way into downtown St. Pete. It’s an incredible way to explore the city while enjoying Florida’s sunshine and scenery. Just over a footbridge, you’ll also find a stunning park offering walking trails, biking paths, pickleball and tennis courts, playgrounds, and outdoor workout areas. A brand‑new YMCA is also just a short walk away, making it easy for guests to stay active during their stay.
Additionally, being on the canal allows quick access to Tampa Bay and some of Florida’s most beautiful natural surroundings — perfect for those who love the water and outdoor adventure.
Because this is a residential neighborhood with many young families, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and the peaceful nature of the community. This helps ensure everyone — guests and neighbors alike — enjoys the environment.

You'll quickly learn what types of ripples in the canal will show you dolphins, manatees, or snook and other amazing fish.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an abundance of helpful tools and gadgets for cooking and entertaining.
We’ve included many of the comforts travelers often wish they had — from beach and water gear to cozy living spaces that make it easy to settle in. There are kayaks and SUPs available to use after signing a waiver.
