Waking up on a comfy bed, fast complimentary internet, Netflix and a refreshing pool is perfect for this COVID days and that’s what our second home has!

* 7/11, bakery, coffeeshop and a laundromat right outside.

* Steps away from JY Mall and a short ride to other major ones like SM and Ayala. IT Park is also around 5 mins.

* Tourist spots like Temple of Leah, Sirao Garden and Busay a few minutes away from us too.
The space
We are in a comfy and not-so-tall building surrounded by manicured pathways and pocket gardens. Our place was specifically interior-designed to serve as a breath of fresh air for guests after a tiring but fun tour around the island.
Guest access
Guests can access the entire unit, gym and pool.

Please note that property admin collects a fee of P100 per head for pool and gym.
Other things to note
COVID-19 REQUIREMENT. Vaccination cards for all guests are needed. If you don’t have, a medical certificate or brgy certificate will do.

MONTH-or-MORE-STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of electricity bill skyrocketing. To encourage good usage, guests are required to pay half of the electric bill and provide a deposit for this.
