Part of a tranquil estate nestled in the base of the Sierra Nevada range, feels like in the middle of nowhere and yet near everything! This estate is located on 3.5 plus acres in a safe and quiet community in Oakhurst. The entire area is filled with the freshness of pine and oak trees in the air to breath, open deck gives ample opportunity to soak up in the warmth of sun in the morning, beautiful bird song so pleasant on ears; deers, rabbits, turkey, quails, Hawks (there is a resident Red shouldered Hawk pair) in the morning, and star gazing providing visual treat!

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a huge refrigerator for creating delicious family meals in an open concept floor plan allows for added family bonding time!!

Meadowwood Estate has two units - Hawk's nest and Quail's Nest. Hawk;s nest is the bigger unit. Guest of Hawk's nest have access to Hawk's nest only - entire home and courtyard with outdoor seating with a firepit.

1. No guests who are not listed as tenants in the reservation may stay in the property - monitored using Ring Cameras during Check-in, Checkout and Quiet hours.
2. Quiet hours start early at Meadowood by 8 PM - No partying and loud noises after 8 PM.
3. Check in time 4 PM to 12 AM Midnight.
4. Maximum occupancy is 14 guests
5. Minimum stay is 2 nights
6. Maximum parking of 4 vehicles, any additional parking has to be explicitly approved by primary host
7. No children without parent/guardian supervision
8. Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. No feminine hygiene products.
9. No food scraps may be put down the sink or garbage disposal.
10. There is no daily housekeeping service
11. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors; neighborhood quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM
12. Keep the property and all the furnishings in good order.
13. Only use appliances for the intended uses.
14. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacle located at the side of the house.
