Bongo's Disney Pad is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, located in a family friendly resort community and filled with amenities for everyone. It is only 2.6 miles from Disney Animal Kingdom! Kids love it here! It's your own private paradise. We are a wheel chair accessible home. Light switches will be low and the guest bathroom has a wheel chair friendly shower. The space
Windsor Palms is a safe and beautiful community. It has a guarded gate entrance and has 24 hour security on property. Quiet hours are 11:00PM to 7:00AM. This is a Non-smoking space.
The condo is on the First floor. It has 2 bedrooms:
The Master Suite has a private bathroom. The Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is plenty of space and has 3 SmartTVs, full size washer & dryer, free WiFi and free parking. Our home sleeps 4 comfortably. The Screened Patio is a charming private space to unwind.
This is a wheel chair friendly home. Our light switches are set low for easy access and the guest bathroom has a wheelchair accessible shower.
The apartment is dog friendly with a a maximum weight of 20 pounds. This requires an additional fee of $150.00, as we do deep cleaning service after any dog stay. Please pick up after your dog when you walk them and keep them off the furniture. We do have a doggy bed you can use and some extra bowls for them if needed. There’s cleaning liquids available to clean after your pet in case of any accident. Please look after your pets. They should be crated when left alone. We have a dog walking service to refer you if you plan to be away all day. That way they have fun too.

The only courtesy supplies that can be guaranteed are the ones left on the day of check- in. Since this is a “home away from home,” these supplies are meant to get you started and will not be replenished during your stay. When those are depleted, extra items can be purchased-at the on-site convenience store or local shops close by.

RESORT ENTRY INFO REQUIRED:
This gated resort manned 24/7 with security system in place. Therefore, once you book, you will need to provide us with the full names of all of the potential drivers in your party, which we will enter into the gate system. Only owners can enter these names, the attendants cannot and will not do this for you when you are at the gate.
IDs will be checked against this list upon arrival and a guest pass will be issued for your vehicle to display on your dash for the length of your stay. (Passes cannot be shared between people/vehicles. Each will need their own pass.). IDs that do not match the names on the list or names that are absent from the list will be denied entry.
If you are using Uber/Lyft or other public transportation, we will need to know all of the adult names in your party to add to the guest list.
PARKING & COMMUNITY RULES:
Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. For the comfort of everyone, please refrain from excessive noise during this time (if there are noise issues in the area during quite hours, please contact the gate house for the roving security or sheriff’s department if the community’s roving security is off duty).
Plenty of parking is available for guests free of charge right outside the condos. Overflow parking can park at the clubhouse, which is a short walk away from our place. Street parking or parking on the grass is not allowed, nor blocking sidewalks. No parking on any street between 10 pm to 7 am seven days a week. Parking on the street where possible, is allowed for a maximum period of 2 hours between the hours of 7 am - 10 pm.
Commercial vehicles, vehicles wrapped or printed with advertising, RVs of any size, trailers, boats, or anything towed, etc. are not allowed to park ANYWHERE inside Windsor Palms. Please make separate arrangements at a local lot for parking these types vehicles. If any of these types of vehicles are found within the community, you will be towed, fined and/or asked to leave without a refund.
CLEANING/TRASH:
Cleaning fee $120 for each reservation. Cleaning will take place before check-in, be thoroughly done by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. There will not be a daily housekeeping service, however, mid stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee.
All trash must be placed inside the bin, which is located outside the condo (next to the door). There is a pick up service included that will collect the trash from the bin daily. at 4:00PM. All trash MUST be in garbage bags to be picked up. No boxes or extras outside of trash bags will be picked up. PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING GOES IN TRASH BAGS. Trash left behind will incur in a fine.
There will be a trash disposal fee of $100 added to your reservation if trash is left in the condo after check out date.
INSPECTION/FEES:
When a guest checks out, the unit will be inspected. If any damage not previously reported is found, the cost to fix or replace the damaged part shall be billed to the guest. The guest will be charged for the full amount for fixing or replacing the damaged part and/or item. Same goes for any missing furniture or decor.
*NO SMOKING* If evidence of parties/smoking/vaping is found, an additional $180 rush deep cleaning fee will be charged as well as terminating your stay without a refund.
Tampering with owner’s closet will result in a fine as well as terminating your stay without a refund.
Guest access
At Gate entrance we will have your name added to the list and the guard will verify it with your drivers license. He will then hand you a pass that is valid for the days you are staying here. So when you go in or out of the community you just go to the right lane and scan the bar code given to enter. Upon arriving at the Apartment door there is a Keypad lock for easy access and easy check in. We will provide the code on the day of check-in. When you exit just press on the Lock picture button and it will lock the door. It’s that simple.
The listed guest will have access to the entire apartment with the exception of the Owners closet. These will be closed with a lock.
All of the amenities listed are for our guest to enjoy. The pool, gym, game room, movie theater Tiki Bar, convenience store etc.
Other things to note
The Pool and Club house are a 2 minute walk. Just cross the street around the left side of building right infront of ours and you will bump into the playground, tennis courts and pool. You can enter the pool through the back gate. Its so much fun! Remember to take your own towels found in the condo's laundry room. Also we have some floats in the Mickey's bedroom closet.
