Welcome to Sandy Paws! This well-appointed pet friendly home is a quick 2-minute bike ride to the Greenwood Beach Access and only a 6-minute bike ride to Seaside. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood and less crowded beach access while still being close to shopping and dining in Seaside!

Sandy Paws is a beautifully decorated and comfortable home with only one level. A great vacation home for anyone with mobility concerns! The open floor plan creates a relaxing vibe throughout the home and allows everyone to gather for memory making moments. This peaceful atmosphere continues to the back deck and fenced-in back yard. Very spacious lot with ample room for the kids and pup to run around while the adults enjoy the outdoor dining table.

Don't forget your furry family member either! Your dog wants to romp around 30A, too. This designer home and neighborhood is pet friendly. *Must have written approval from Exclusive 30A to bring your pet and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction.

- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, and non-aggressive breeds only. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
- Access to a 6-Seater golf cart. Must be at least 25 and sign a waiver for access to the golf cart.
- Private Pool! Pool can be heated for an additional fee for reservations October - April
- Flexible summer stays available. No Saturday-to-Saturday restrictions

- Driveway parking for 3-4 vehicles (street parking, RVs, or trailers are not permitted). If bringing larger vehicles, driveway will hold a maximum of 3 vehicles
