The Space:

Newly built in 2019, Blue Night Sky is a rustic yet modern studio cabin designed for a peaceful and private escape. The open-plan layout is perfect for a couple but includes a small loft suitable for a third guest.

◆ Sleeping: Comfortable king-sized bed on the main floor and a small loft for an additional guest.

◆ Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, perfect for preparing gourmet cabin-cooked meals.

◆ Bathroom: Stylish and modern with a walk-in tiled shower.



Outdoor Oasis:

◆ Hot Tub: Private, bubbling hot tub to soak your cares away.

◆ Entertainment: Outdoor TV and a second fireplace for ultimate relaxation.

◆ Grilling & Dining: Charcoal grill for steaks or burgers. Please BYO charcoal to use.

◆ Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and enjoy the wooded scenery. Please BYO firewood to use.



Pet Rules:

◆ You can have up to 2 pets for a flat fee of $100, non-refundable.

◆ Weight limit of 25lbs

◆ Over weight limit considered, must be pre-approved before arrival; extra fees could apply.

◆ Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation manually if the pet was not added to the reservation by the guest



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire studio cabin and its surrounding property. Enjoy complete privacy and seclusion.

◆ Private Entrance: The cabin is exclusively for your use.

◆ Keyless Entry: Enjoy a seamless and flexible check-in with a unique door code provided prior to your arrival. Simply enter the code for entry. Upon departure, press the lock button on the keypad after closing the door.



The Neighborhood:

◆ 1 acre lot to enjoy the deer and fireflies. There are other cabins in the general vicinity, but there is still plenty of space for privacy. The cabin is nicely tucked away.



Other Things to Note:

◆ Starter Supplies: For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of coffee, creamer, towels, and basic toiletries. Please plan to bring any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

◆ Pet Amenities: We love welcoming your furry friends! We provide two pet beds, two waterproof blankets, food/water bowls, waste bags, and hypoallergenic wipes.

◆ Guest-Provided Items: Please bring your own firewood for the outdoor fire pit and charcoal for the grill.

◆ Entertainment: A PutterBall game is available in the yard. For cable TV access, please switch the TV input to HDMI 3 in the bedroom or living room.

◆ Wi-Fi: 58 Mbps download speed, reliable connection from a local provider.
