Pet Policy: To ensure the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of all our guests, absolutely no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property at any time — including service animal fraudulently claimed where not legally applicable.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
Dogs
Cats
Turtles
Gerbils
Hamsters
Snakes
Alligators
Ferrets
Birds
Exotic animals
Emotional support animals (ESAs are not classified as service animals under federal law and are not exempt from this policy)

Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $300 per animal and may also lead to immediate removal from the property without refund. Additional cleaning, damage, or pest control fees may also be assessed depending on the condition in which the property is left.

We have implemented this policy to protect future guests who may have severe allergies or health sensitivities and to preserve the condition of the home. We kindly ask that you respect this rule as part of our community standards.

Accessibility: The cabin is a single-level home with no stairs, providing easy access throughout the property. It is a single-level home except for the first 6 or 7 steps onto the porch in three locations where you have to climb stairs.

Outdoor Cameras: For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed. Each camera is directed at entry points (such as the back door) to monitor for unauthorized access and to help safeguard your belongings. No cameras are directed toward or monitor the hot tub or other private relaxation areas. Please do not tamper with the position of the cameras.

Hot Tub Usage:
The hot tub is available all year and open 24 hours for your enjoyment.
Maintain water levels above the highest jets. Water levels below the jets will cause the expensive water pump to burn out resulting in charges to the guest for the damages.
Please adhere to safety guidelines posted on-site.

Local Wildlife: Being nestled in the foothills, occasional wildlife sightings are normal. Please respect the natural environment and keep a safe distance from any animals. Do Not feed any wild animals.

Deer Sightseeing: You might get a chance to see a deer in the early morning around the property, such a peaceful sight to start the day!

Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of the noise levels to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

Maximum occupancy = 4 guests, including daytime visitors. Exceeding this limit will result in a $200 fine per guest and may lead to cancellation without refund. This rule helps us maintain safety, comply with local guidelines, and protect the home.
