Not suitable for a 3rd adult. $9 per night extra for a kid. A Toddler/kid bed is available. The maximum age is preschool one Child or grandchild.
The bathroom has a relaxing tub or you can unwind on the outdoor Spa. A Large Jacuzzi/Whirlpool, Hot Tub with five jets. Heating Is Extra for the Hot tub or the Pool either one heated with Propane. Pricing depends on delivery & gas prices. Request at least 5 days prior to arrival & requires prepayment of $125, similar to other home rentals. Pay only for the actual usage. Smoking is permitted ONLY in the outside patio and pool area.

No substitutions are permissible.An HOA By-law or agreement. HOA’s need Owners to retain copies of IDs for all overnight guests for their entire stay, after repeated noise issues & damage. They are certainly not provided to any HOA or anybody else.
