host never left, had to walk to and from through mud. could hear the tv from across the house. While booking with this location, we found the price reasonable and it did come done to a rather last minute booking as the previous booking arrangement had a family emergency. Guest comfort and making a guest’s vacation memorable is a top priority. I have no control over the weather or anything getting soggy outdoors. Guests on a rainy day are glad to be still outdoors under the covered deck with two ceiling fans and plenty of chairs & tables, including loungers. There is a Zero HOA fee. You paid the taxes of $194.57, and VRBO fees of $188.00. I pay a larger amount in commission and credit card fees. Your only complaint is that you heard a TV from an area on the other end of the large pool indoors over 350 feet away and so you gave it one star. That is so cruel. That TV was on only as a deterrent to the reveling younger guests. You both had an amazing two-week vacation, with special requests that I willingly provided. You then tried to extort money with concocted reasons or would leave a damning review. I believe that most people are good and decent. I bend over backward to make all guests have an unforgettable vacation. I will continue doing so and wish you the best in your future travels.

Dogs must be low or non-shedding, non-chewing, certainly trained & housebroken with no behavioral issues—$ 8.25 per night. Puppies are not permissible.
Not suitable for a 3rd adult. $9 per night extra for a kid. A Toddler/kid bed is available. The maximum age is preschool one Child or grandchild.

The bathroom has a relaxing tub or you can unwind on the outdoor Spa. A Large Jacuzzi/Whirlpool, Hot Tub with five jets. Heating Is Extra for the Hot tub or the Pool either one heated with Propane. Pricing depends on delivery & gas prices. Request at least 5 days prior to arrival & requires prepayment of $125, similar to other home rentals. Pay only for the actual usage. Smoking is permitted ONLY in the outside patio and pool area.
Like many other properties, HOA requires an STRA (Short-Term Rental Agreement) prior to arrival. To do this we must have guests’ names and IDs. No substitutions are permissible.An HOA By-law or agreement. HOA’s need Owners to retain copies of IDs for all overnight guests for their entire stay, after repeated noise issues & damage. They are certainly not provided to any HOA or anybody else.
Don’t struggle with the bitter, bone-chilling cold, winds & snow. LIFE IS SHORT. ENJOY YOUR MONEY when you still can/mobile and get around. If you don’t the Children and Grandchildren will squander it
