Amazing House - Amazing Location

We loved every minute of being here. The house was perfect. The location is great, close to local restaurants with great food. Having a golf cart for the duration of you stay is a must - and a lot of fun.

The house was absolutely beautiful!! the yard well kept the pool clean. The gentleman who came to do the yard also raked the beach area. The location of the house was fabulous. Some of the pictures need to be brought up to date. There is no longer a conversational set and there is no barbecue. The kitchen would have everything you would ever need. It was wonderful to have two fridges. The beds were extremely comfortable.A couple of recommendations… a change of towels mid week would be fabulous. The pillows were not fabulous The ones there were very tired and a few more would be lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was as pictured and in a great location. Quieter side of the island but a quick golf cart ride to any place. Yard and pool were well maintained with someone coming each day. We enjoyed having the beach right in the backyard and the sunset views were amazing. We do have a couple of suggestions that would add to the property- adding a TV to the living room and adding a keypad entry to the gate and house to eliminate the need to keep up with/ carry keys and gate opener

This was the perfect place for our family trip. The house and property were very clean and everything worked well. The outside space was maybe a little smaller than the photos make it look but is still a great space. We really enjoyed the pool and the direct beach access. We hope to stay here again.

This beach house is fantastic! The views and sunsets are stunning, and we loved the nextdoor bars, restaurants, and shopping. The home offers plenty of space (2 fridges even!) and privacy, making it ideal for multiple groups staying together. Everything was very clean and well maintained. One of our favorite moments was sitting in the backyard by the water, watching pelicans dive for their dinner.One thing to note: if you need extra items, plan to bring them yourself such as dishwasher soap, pillows or blankets if you need more than one. On our first night, one of our family members had a fever and we were unable to get an extra blanket either that night or the next, so beach towels had to be used for warmth. Bed quilts were thin and not warm enough for someone with a fever.Overall, this is an amazing, well cared-for property and we would definitely recommend it.

Amazing House & Location

We had an amazing time at this house and would highly recommend it. It was clean, spacious and very nice. The staff was super helpful and kind. The house is located right near a fishing pier where my son got able to fish and we were able to go on a snorkeling tour as well from that pier, super convenient. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything and everyone was absolutely wonderful. Only 2 negatives were, we couldn’t use the washer and dryer and there is an abandoned hotel Nextdoor. With that being said, we would still stay there again. Beautiful, peaceful, wonderful place!!!!

Comfortable and beautiful place to enjoy a few days with family and friends.

We enjoyed having this space as a home base. Comfortable for making food, hanging out, and enjoying the pool and beach, while not out adventuring. Compared to other places we've stayed it was overpriced. But it was nice to have all the security features.

Beautiful property! Access to the beach and a beach taco bar in walking distance. We had 6 people and got two golf carts for flexibility which is what I would recommend. However I recommend getting two gate openers if you do that.

The property was as shown. Beautiful vegetation, grounds well maintained and clean. House was great, drinking water made available, updated rooms/baths, great AC. Check in was easy, host made themselves available even after our travel was delayed. Very responsive and accommodating. Pool was a big hit when at the house, direct beach access was nice but we spent our days on the north part of the island. Quiet location with great sunsets on the beach. Few items: coffee maker seems to need replacement, the females in the group mentioned more bedding/pillows, and bring bug repellent. Dusk is pretty active with the natural flora surrounding the house. Overall, excellent stay and would absolutely visit again. Thanks to hosts.

Beautiful Beach Property

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The property managers were nice, prompt, and helpful. They even arranged to pre-stock groceries before our arrival. The house and property were beautiful and pristinely kept. It was quiet, peaceful, and private. We had 6 adults and appreciated that each couple had their own room and bathroom. We rented golf carts for the week, which made it easy to access all parts of the island. Everyone agreed that the ocean view and access was the best!

Great Location

The property is away from the Northend and on the quieter side of the island with a great view of Cancun. We stayed through Hurricane Beryl and the house is well built and never really noticed the storm. It is a very nice house that is very well taken care of. Right on the beach and for us a great location. I would suggest renting a golf cart so you can drive around the island, and venture to Hidalgo Street with its restaurants and bars. Then return to the quiet side of the island as it is so nice to have your own beach right outside the back gate. The staff will warn you about keeping gates locked to keep locals off the property. That is a fact and we heeded their warning. Also, the property is well-lit at night as you are actually on your own little compound. Two thumbs up on location, beach, and property. Will stay again.

Such a great getaway!

We had a really great time on Isla Mujeres. The house is (in my opinion) bigger than it looked in the photos. The beds and bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen and living areas were lovely. With the amazing pool and quiet beachfront, we had to drag ourselves away to do anything in town! It was worth leaving the property a couple of times to spend time on the different beaches on the island, as well as try some of the amazing restaurants. I had read that it is easiest to get off the ferry and rent a golf cart to get around the island, so that's what we did. I noticed that there are always taxis waiting at the hotel/beach club just down the road, as well. There are a couple of mini-marts quite close if you need anything for the house, as well as a bigger grocery/everything store about halfway between the property and the central area. Everything was perfect!

This house is spectacular!

My husband, my three adult children and I spent 6 glorious nights in this beautiful home! The house is super spacious and very private. We felt completely safe throughout our entire stay. I don’t think it’s reflected in the photos but there is now a 6-7 ft. locked fence that runs across the whole property at the back and separates it from the beach. We had the housekeeper come and do our laundry for us (no washer/dryer available for guest use) and paid her for her service. We had a private chef come in and make us an amazing meal. He found everything he needed in the well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are enormous. The bathrooms and showers are great. We had a huge walk-in closet in our room. We never lacked hot water or nice, cold air conditioning. If I had one tiny complaint, the pool water was a little murky when we first arrived but the maintenance man corrected the issue for us. Unfortunately, it meant not having use of the pool for a day and a half but there’s so much to do on the island that we were able to keep ourselves busy in the downtime. We rented a 6-person golf cart at the start of our stay which we used a lot and which you’ll definitely want to have. They deliver right to the house and pick it up when you leave. We loved everything about the house, the island and all the people we met who are lucky enough to call this home!
