The house features a beautiful pool, swim up bar and large backyard. There is an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill and pizza oven. Large sliding door opens up to the downstairs game room. There is a bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs. Upstairs: 3bedrooms, open concept kitchen/living room.
The beach is 2 blocks away. Address is 5909 Havana Dr. Located on the corner of Havana/Sunset.
City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.
The Space:
The house has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area upstairs. Please note: there is no formal dining room. The kitchen island seats 8 people.
Downstairs you can socialize in the large living space equipped with a dartboard, wet bar, and second refrigerator. Just outside the large sliding glass doors you will find a custom pool with a swim up bar, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and plenty of seating. There are 2 outdoor showers to wash away the sand from the beach.
Parking: the house can park up to 6 cars max in the driveway. Please do not park in the garage or in front of the neighbor's lawn.
Bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms upstairs all feature full baths. Downstairs is an additional bedroom, full bath and living space. Additional bedding options include a futon and 2 twin beds if needed.
Guest Access:
Guest are welcomed to the entire house with the exception of the larger garage, 3 closets and a few cabinets.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood. Nice walk to the beach on sidewalk.
Getting Around:
Right on the Island Metro route, easy to bike, or call an Uber/Taxi or Lyft.
Other Things to Note:
The outdoor kitchen uses propane that is provided by a main line inside the house.
The house has a Keurig and regular coffee maker.
Wood for the pizza oven is located on the side of the house. Please do not use lighter fluid in the pizza oven.
Baby Items available include a pack n play and a highchair.
If your reservation is longer than 3 days, the pool may be serviced during your stay. The service company enters through the side gate and will never enter the house. Service takes about 15 minutes.

This house was designed with entertaining and family gatherings in mind. It sits on a quiet neighborhood and has a large backyard. The downstairs living area has a large sliding door which can be opened to create a unique indoor/outdoor space where families and friends can hang out, relax and enjoy the island breeze.
