No negatives at all. I got the unit # wrong and they had someone there in 10 minutes to let me in before I realized it was my mistake. Unit was very clean. Was the perfect unit for a short 3 night trip.

We had an amazing stay! The door lock was a little confusing so we called and they helped us get in and we had no problems after that. The condo was close to the dog beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

No directions to what unit we were in, no instructions on where to park, no instructions on how to work the multiple controllers for the tv, cockroach was seen in the unit. The place needs a major gutting and refresh.

Great beach vacay!

This place was great! Right across the street from the dog beach! Getting to have access to the pool, bay side & beach was a plus. Condo was nice. Bed is very comfy & having the washer/dryer was great! Being so close to Fort Pickens we were able to see the Blue Angels Practice! Peg Leg Pete’s is a must! Highly recommend!

Great beach stay

Was a perfect spot for me and my small dog with a great location across from the dog beach. I arrived after dark and was not sure where to go to find the unit and property management office did not answer the phone, so a clear description of location would have been helpful. Unit was very clean and having AC and laundry was a plus. Check out process was very reasonable!

Nice Location

Nice to be by the Ocean and the intercostal waters both within a short walk. Location also close to the main Pensacola Beach but far enough way to feel less crowded on the beach.

Excellent location for dogs. Right across the street from the dog beach. Great place to stay for peace and quiet yet close enough for a short drive to bars and restaurants. Will definitely book again

Great location and views!

Great location and proximity to beach! Dog friendly and right across dog beach. Loved that we could access both sides of the peninsula as well. Only suggestion would be to add an extra mattress pad on the bed because it could use a bit more comfort.

Great Time

Pool was excellent, never crowded, we took our two little dogs with us, they made themselves at home. Dog swimming right across the street from us. 1 minute walk to the beach, watched the military planes overhead a lot. Had to cross the first bridge to get to walmart and most stores, but that was fine. pensacola beach properties was very responsive and professional, loved communicating with them.

We will come back here

This was our 2nd stay here, and we will come back again. Dog beach is just across the street. Pool at the condo was nice. There is no grill designated just for this condo though -there is a community one downstairs by the pool, so be mindful of that. Location for this property is great. You do have to take stairs to reach it, so FYI. Reserved parking for guests here was convenient. The bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed is not, so our kids slept on air mattresses. The location felt safe.

Perfect Dog-Friendly Location

Located across the street from Pensacola's West Dog Beach, we enjoyed taking our dogs there everyday. Like so many dog-lovers, if the dog can't go, we don't go. Would definitely stay here again.
