We loved staying in this location! Absolutely beautiful neighbor, beautiful space to stay in. We plan on coming back here in the future, for sure. There was adequate street parking nearby, and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We loved it!

A charming, impeccably clean apartment with a unique Chicago vibe.Location allowed easy walkable access to Andersonville shops and restaurants and Lincoln Square was within a two mile walk.The windows throughout let in a lot of light. Kitchen and bathroom were well appointed.Our host Paul was accessible and checked in with us to ensure our comfort.We highly recommend this property for it's location, cleanliness, charm, and attentive host.

Paul’s place is the upper floor of a beautiful, historic two-flat in Andersonville, a happening neighborhood on the North Side of Chicago with renowned brew pubs, restaurants and theaters. The apartment was perfectly clean and the furniture and decor well-appointed. We would wholeheartedly recommend this spot for a trip to Chicago off the typical tourist track.

Perfect location to explore Andersonville! So much working walking distance, and ride-sharing to downtown is pretty cheap if you're on a hurry while the bus is close if you're not.

This place is immaculate and so Chicago the family really enjoyed our time in the house. Paul was very responsive. He gave great suggestions about things to do around the neighborhood handmade information readily available. There is plenty of parking available on the street. We will definitely be back.

What a great home!! Paul’s place was so cozy and comfortable for our family of 4! The Chicago decor throughout the home was so fun! Although we did not cook there, the kitchen seemed very well equipped. This home had everything you could want in a vacation rental! The location was good with plenty of cute coffee shops, restaurants and shops within walking distance to explore. It was just a quick 12 Uber ride to Wrigleyville to catch a game! Overall we had a great stay at the Winona residence!
