This 2 br / 1.5 ba unit is stunning and spacious- and ready for you and your guests to relax and unwind! Enjoy historical architecture with soaring ceilings, beautiful design elements, a great city view, and luxury touches!
Located on the west side of OTR, just minutes from the best restaurants, cute shops, and biggest attractions! Easily walk around the neighborhood and take advantage of the close proximity to FC Cincinnati’s new stadium, Findlay Markey, Washington Park, Music Hall, and more!
This unit is located on the 4th floor of the Vaughn Lofts building, a 160 year old building on the West end of Over-the-Rhine. Carefully curated with luxe finishes, you will love the historical character throughout. Exposed brick, original (but refinished) wood floors, soaring ceilings, and an abundance of natural light make this unit truly one of a kind!
Other features:
-A well-stocked kitchen with all of the necessary supplies for you to cook your favorite meal or mix up a craft cocktail. Coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, popcorn are all provided!
-Outdoor patio with table and two chairs
-Queen bed in the bedroom with a huge attached master bath and ample closet space.
-Lofted bedroom on the 2nd floor
-Living room offers lots of comfortable seating options
-In-unit washer/dryer
-Designated work space in the loft area (or take advantage of the oversized island)
This unit requires stairs! There is NO elevator in the building.

Over the Rhine, or OTR as it's known by locals, is a neighborhood in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Bustling with the city's hottest bars, restaurants, and retail, visitors to this vibrant neighborhood are able to experience the best of Cincinnati, all within a few blocks.
This airbnb is located right across from FC Cincinnati’s new stadium. If you’re taking in a game, there is no better location! You can easily walk to and from the game.
Be sure to check out a few of Cincinnati's top local breweries and snack your way through Findlay Market- one of America's oldest outdoor markets. When you've had your fill, be sure to take in Washington Park, and enjoy the stunning facade of Music Hall. With new businesses opening at every turn, there's always something new to see in Over the Rhine!
There is 1 assigned parking space available (Parking Spot E) in the lot directly adjacent to the building. You will be able to see your car from the unit.
On-Street: There are several nearby locations that allow for overnight parking, but please be mindful of signage. Street parking is normally a good option. **Do NOT park on Wade Street as it is all permit parking and the city will ticket.
If you plan on parking your car for your stay, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around! We are a very short walk to many great bars, restaurants and coffee shops!
HOUSE RULES
Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:
We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.
Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.
Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.
**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**
Parking — we have parking spot E. Located on the right hand side as you pull into the lot. Please note that if you park outside of the lines, our HOA will tow the car. Please confirm with host if you have any questions!
Patio door: to lock the door simply pull up on the handle and then turn the deadbolt to lock.
