The bright, open living area is located on the second floor. Here guests will find a very well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar that can seat 3. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table with room for 8 or at the breakfast bar. The cozy living room is just off the dining area. Here you will find 2 plush sofas, and a 75†Smart TV with a soundbar—making this the perfect space to gather at the end of the day to watch the latest blockbuster or sporting event. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
*HOA regulations do not allow for guest Low-Speed Vehicle rentals. Additionally, bringing your own Low-Speed Vehicle onto the property is prohibited.
*Walton County regulations require all doors leading to private pools to have an alarm that sounds when the door is slightly open (ajar). This alarm needs to be manually turned off when exiting the pool area.
*This is a peaceful community. To ensure everyone's enjoyment, weddings, parties, gatherings exceeding a reasonable number of guests, and guests of guests are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the property, forfeiture of any remaining rental fees, and potential fines from the HOA, community, and 360 Blue.
