Welcome to Orange Beach Vibes - Tidewater 204! 🏖️

Direct beach front - no roads to cross - just walk down the stairs or take the elevator down and you will walk right out on the boardwalk to the beach. 🌊

We hope you notice that our condo may be a little different than other places you have stayed. We self-manage instead of using a big management company, and we do everything we can to make certain that guests have an amazing vacation. We are truly so thankful for each and every guest who stays at our condo, and we would love for you to be our guest! ☺️

Our condo, Tidewater 204, features direct & unobstructed views of the Gulf, which is the first thing you will notice as you step inside the door. And sitting on the balcony absolutely makes you feel in awe of God's beautiful creation. ❤️You will likely find the balcony becomes your favorite place to be! Our guests love dolphin watching when sitting on the balcony as well! 🐬

Our gorgeous 1 bedroom + hallway bunk beds, 1 bathroom Gulf-front condo is beautifully decorated and is the perfect place to relax and unwind on your vacation. We have it decorated to give that fun Beachy vibe!

Sit on the new Adirondack balcony chairs as you listen to the soft sound of the crashing waves and watch dolphins frolic and play in the water from your direct view balcony. The sugar white sand and beautiful Gulf water make Orange Beach the perfect vacation destination.

Being on the 2nd floor, Tidewater 204 is easily accessible by both the elevator or the stairs, while still offering stunning views. Guests love how quickly you can get from the condo to the white sand and turquoise water.

The master bedroom features a King-sized bed and flat-screen TV. Cozy hallway bunk beds, each with their own smart TVs, are a huge hit with kids!

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. We try to make sure our guests have everything they will need in their home away from home! We also provide a coffee machine and K-cup maker and provide starter coffee K-cups, tea, and creamer. The view of the beach and water from the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous!

We have tried to think of everything to make sure that you truly get to relax while you are here. *** Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed. Not even on the balcony. ***

**NO pets of any kind — our HOA is incredibly strict regarding no pets for guests, and will evict anyone who tries to bring a pet.**

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
* AGE RESTRICTION: Minimum age to rent is 24. Guest who books stay is required to be present during stay.

Our condo accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children, as our condo has one bedroom with a king bed, hallways bunks, and a sofa sleeper. It is a Queen sofa sleeper, and if you feel that your party would be adequately comfortable with up to 2 additional children on the sofa sleeper, please send a request. Thanks!

TRIP INSURANCE
We always highly recommend that all guests purchase the optional trip insurance, as sometimes things happen that unfortunately are last minute and may cause a guest to have to cancel their trip.

WHAT IS PROVIDED
Towels, Linens, and Blankets are provided with your stay. We provide a starter kit of basic necessities to ensure your vacation starts out right including a roll of toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liner, mini sized shampoo, body wash, soap, laundry soap, dish soap, and starter kcups. It is enough to get you through the night if you arrive late, but you will want to either make a stop at the store on your way into town or have a grocery delivery set up for when you arrive.

PARKING PASSES
Parking is free for one vehicle, and you will get your parking pass upon arrival to place on your dashboard. Easy parking right out front of the Tidewater complex. Should you need a second parking pass, please let us know upon booking as our complex charges a $40 fee. Maximum of two parking passes per stay.

MONTHLY RENTALS
We love snowbirds! We welcome you to book our condo at a discounted rate for monthly stays during the months of November, December, January, and February. Contact us for the discounted monthly rates. We also offer weekly discounts during these months.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes plans change! Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund minus any non-refundable fees up to 30 days prior to check-in date. If you would need to cancel 7-30 days prior to the check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund minus non-refundable fees. No refunds will be given less than 7 days before check-in. We highly recommend travel insurance for unavoidable circumstances that may cause last minute cancellations.

SECURITY
Tidewater has gated entry into the parking lot in addition to a security guard being on the premise. Tidewater 204 provides a Ring Doorbell on the front door for additional security.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

Guests must sign rental agreement that will be sent by email after booking within 48 hours of booking our property. If a rental agreement is not signed in that time, booking is subject to cancellation.

BEACH SERVICE

There is an optional beach service right out front of our condo that offers lounge chairs and beach umbrellas for a rental fee if desired.

These are a few of our favorite things...

If you are coming to the area with kids, I thought it may be helpful to pass along some of my family's favorite places to eat and favorite things to do. We hope you will love them too!

For restaurants, Lulu’s is one of my kids top favorites. They have great food (if you like fried green tomatoes, theirs are delicious!) and a lot for kids to do. They have an arcade, ropes course, open area for kids to play, and during the summer months they usually have someone doing hair braiding and henna tattoos.

The Hangout is another kid favorite. They have a play area and bubble pit where bubbles go off every hour or so. It is beach front as well so very pretty views if you ask to sit on the water wide.

The Gulf is another favorite - it’s more casual, where you order your food when you go in, and then they bring it to you. It’s right on the Gulf with phenomenal views including watching boats as they go by. Lots of great food options too.

For lunch, we like GTs on the Bay (they have a pirate ship playground) and Cosmos. Both of these restaurants have pretty reasonable lunch specials and offer up great food.

For beautiful bay views, Cobalt is another favorite. They have a lot of outside seating which we like for our kids. One of our favorite times to go is Sunday after church for their Sunday Brunch. Need a church to visit while on vacation? The Island Church is super welcoming to visitors and make you feel right at home.

OSO at Bear Point Harbor is another favorite restaurant - great food, very kid friendly, and they have a place where you can feed the fish which the kids love. On the way there, you will pass a playground that my kids love called Orange Beach Waterfront Park.

Probably our absolute favorite restaurant in the area is actually right across the street from our condo. It’s a little pricier and not specifically designed to have areas for kids to play, but the food is so so good. We like to get takeout sometimes too and then eat it at the condo on the balcony overlooking the Gulf.

For fun things to do, going on a dolphin cruise is probably our top favorite. We like Dolphin Cruise aboard the Cold Mill Fleet. Truly such a cool experience! 🐬

There are also some arcades in the area - my kids love Adventure Island as well as The Track. 🏎️

If you like biking, you can rent adult sized bikes for free from the Gulf State Park. A heads up that they do not have kid bikes and each person renting a bike needs to have a phone to download their app. 🚲

If you want to explore a little, it’s also fun to visit Fort Morgan where you can walk around and explore the old military fort. Or, you can take the ferry over to Dauphin Island where they have a sea lab as well as another military fort you can explore. Just watch the times that the ferry departs and get there early if you plan to go.

And of course - Ice Cream!! Our favorite ice cream place is called Spoonz. They make the ice cream right in front of you and it’s delicious! Sweet Cone Alabama is another good choice, and it’s just directly across the street from our condo. 🍦
