Welcome to Orange Beach Vibes - Tidewater 204! 🏖️

Direct beach front - no roads to cross - just walk down the stairs or take the elevator down and you will walk right out on the boardwalk to the beach. 🌊

We hope you notice that our condo may be a little different than other places you have stayed. We self-manage instead of using a management company, and it is our goal to do everything we can to make sure that our guests have an amazing vacation. We are truly so thankful for each and every guest who stays at our condo. ☺️

Tidewater 204 features direct & unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, which is the first thing you will notice as you step inside the door. And sitting on the balcony absolutely makes you feel in awe of God's beautiful creation. You will likely find the balcony becomes your favorite place to be! Our guests love dolphin watching when sitting on the balcony as well!

This gorgeous 1 bedroom + hallway bunk beds, 1 bathroom Gulf-front condo is beautifully decorated and is the perfect place to relax and unwind on your vacation.

Sit on the new Adirondack balcony chairs as you listen to the soft sound of the crashing waves and watch dolphins frolic and play in the water from your direct view balcony. The sugar white sand and beautiful Gulf of Mexico water make Orange Beach the perfect vacation destination.

Being on the 2nd floor, Tidewater 204 is easily accessible by both the elevator or the stairs, while still offering stunning views. Guests love how quickly you can get from the condo to the white sand and turquoise water.

The master bedroom features a new King-sized bed and flat-screen TV. Cozy hallway bunk beds, each with their own TVs, are a huge hit with kids!

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. We try to make sure our guests have everything they will need in their home away from home! We also provide a coffee machine and K-cup maker and provide starter coffee K-cups. The view of the beach and water from the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous!

**NO pets of any kind — our HOA is incredibly strict regarding no pets for guests, and will evict anyone who tries to bring a pet.**

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
* AGE RESTRICTION: Minimum age to rent is 25. Guest who books stay is required to be present during stay.

Our condo accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children, as our condo has one bedroom with a king bed, hallways bunks, and a sofa sleeper. It is a Queen sofa sleeper, and if you feel that your party would be adequately comfortable with up to 2 additional children on the sofa sleeper, please send a request. Thanks!

TRIP INSURANCE
We always highly recommend that all guests purchase the optional trip insurance, as sometimes things happen that unfortunately are last minute and may cause a guest to have to cancel their trip.

WHAT IS PROVIDED
Towels, Linens, and Blankets are provided with your stay. We provide a starter kit of basic necessities to ensure your vacation starts out right including a roll of toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liner, mini sized shampoo, body wash, soap, laundry soap, dish soap, and starter kcups. It is enough to get you through the night if you arrive late, but you will want to either make a stop at the store on your way into town or have a grocery delivery set up for when you arrive.

PARKING PASSES
Parking is free for one vehicle, and you will get your parking pass upon arrival to place on your dashboard. Easy parking right out front of the Tidewater complex. Should you need a second parking pass, please let us know upon booking as our complex charges a $40 fee. Maximum of two parking passes per stay.

MONTHLY RENTALS
We love snowbirds! We welcome you to book our condo at a discounted rate for monthly stays during the months of November, December, January, and February. Contact us for the discounted monthly rates. We also offer weekly discounts during these months.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes plans change! Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund minus any non-refundable fees up to 30 days prior to check-in date. If you would need to cancel 7-30 days prior to the check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund minus non-refundable fees. No refunds will be given less than 7 days before check-in. We highly recommend travel insurance for unavoidable circumstances that may cause last minute cancellations.

SECURITY
Tidewater has gated entry into the parking lot in addition to a security guard being on the premise. Tidewater 204 provides a Ring Doorbell on the front door for additional security.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

Guests must sign rental agreement that will be sent by email after booking within 48 hours of booking our property. If a rental agreement is not signed in that time, booking is subject to cancellation.

BEACH SERVICE

There is a optional beach service right out front of our condo that offers lounge chairs and beach umbrellas for a rental fee if desired. No beach chairs or umbrellas are provided in our condo.

Sweetest little getaway in Orange Beach

You know it's a good vacation when your husband and kiddos are asking you to book another night on the last day of vacation! Holly has thought of everything to make her unit an enjoyable place to stay: everything from a lightweight cooler for the beach to nightlights throughout, a sound machine for the littles and an easy check-in process for the adults, text communication throughout the stay (to ensure everything is up to her standards) and a well-stocked kitchen, with plenty of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee pods and creamer, a variety of cooking utensils, and leftover containers too. There were games, an easy sign-in to streaming services on the TVs, as well as a surprisingly quiet washer and dryer so that you can run a load while kiddos sleep without waking them. The whole place was extremely clean and smelled wonderful, no bugs or pests, no strong cleaner scents, and the whole Tidewater property is well-maintained and very safe. If we ever come back to Orange Beach, we know exactly where we will be staying! Thank you so much, Holly, for providing us with such a sweet oasis to relax as a family. We miss it already!

Lovely condo with great amenities and great price.

We love this condo and complex. We much prefer the smaller complexes than the high rises. Holly has thought of everything from the complimentary coffee pods and bathroom samples to get you started to the games to the sound machine to the beach towels. Everything was clean and we can’t wait to bring our grandchildren to enjoy the TVs in the bunk beds.

A great 15 year wedding anniversary

The condo was beautiful and clean. As a travel agent I have been is some not so clean condos. Holly communicated everything we needed before hand which made it a smooth trip. Being able to sit on the balcony in the morning with coffee and watch the sun come up was so peaceful. Jonathan and Holly are great hosts and we are already talking about going back!

Lovely place, great access to beach!

We are a family of 5 with little kids. Holly's place is perfect for us as it's right on the beach. The whole week we just go back and forth between the pools (indoor and outdoor) and the beach. Parking was ample, and the sound proofing between rooms was great. My kids love the bunk beds! Kitchen was equipped so well. I don't think we need to look for other place if we want to come back to this area. We will be back to Holly's place for sure. She's also always very prompt and helpful, even during her own vacation time! Thank you so much Holly, we had a wonderful time!

Great Trip!

My husband and I have stayed at Tidewater many times, but this was the first time in this condo. Holly was a wonderful host, reaching out to check on us and quick to respond when we had a question. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed to have a great stay. Notably ALL of the beds were comfortable, even the bunks and sofa bed which would usually only be suitable for kids. We have already booked again for next year and can’t wait to go back!

GREAT EXPERIENCE

The condo is nice & quiet! They have both an indoor & outdoor pool that are both nice. The indoor pool was great for after the rain when the water was to cold. It was really nice to be able to go down stairs & head straight to the beach. You have an amazing view from the balcony, you can see boats going by all day long. The sun rise & sunset were both beautiful. All in all I would recommend this condo. Holly was easy to get in touch with about anything. Always quick to respond & reassure you. She is a great host. Great place to stay!

We just finished a week's stay at the Tidewater 204 and had a great week! Cute 1 BR condo had everything we needed and was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. The building had a nice indoor and outdoor pool, and it was an easy walk to the beach. Holly was very accommodating and everything we needed was there for us. (Pro tip: get you ice at the machine in the garage when you arrive).

Great Location - Wonderful Condo

Loved the location and condo. Orange Beach is a gem and this condo was great for our family of four. The beach is the star and where we spent most of our time. The condo is so convenient to the beach, just out the back of the complex and you’re right in the sand. It was an easy walk up to grab lunch, bathroom breaks or refill the cooler. The pool and the indoor pool are nice, our kids enjoyed both of those amenities. The condo itself was good, perfect view of the beach from the balcony. We ate most meals on the balcony, however plenty of room at table and bar stools. The kitchen has anything you may need if you choose to cook. The coffee and Kcups were a nice touch. My daughter utilized the bunk beds and my son slept on the couch. Both were comfortable. My husband and I had some great sleep in the bedroom. The bed was so comfy. Check in and out instructions were super easy! That is always appreciate! Thank you, Holly! Your place is wonderful!

We had a great time can't wait to go back!

We had a great time staying at Tidewater 204. The host could not have been better. She sent an email the day before check in with all the instructions, an email mid stay checking to see if we needed anything, and an email the day before check out with all the instructions. We couldn't find sheets for the pull out couch and she sent us a Target delivery order that night with the sheets and a treat for the kids. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and never had a host go above and beyond like them before. Not only is this a beautiful place to stay, but the hosts are amazing too! We can't wait to go back! Thank you Holly!

Absolutely Perfect!

We just spent a week here and it was absolutely amazing! The view from the balcony alone will make me want to come back every year. The place is so homey with little personal touches like a hand written welcome note and a coffee bar. It is decorated perfectly beachy so you feel like your at a tropical getaway. Holly was so sweet and attentive. We were having issues with the satellite in the bedroom (our teenager had taken over the living room TV,). As soon as I called Holly, she immediately called the satellite provider. When that didn't solve the issue and they said they would have to send a technician out, she ordered a Roku that was delivered to us by 9:00 am the next morning ! Talk about service. Holly also sends you an email the day before arriving with all the information you need to get into the property and includes a link with different restaurants and things to do close by. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway!!

Tidewater 204 was absolutely perfect!

Tidewater 204 was absolutely perfect! It was just my husband and I and we spent most of our time on the balcony! The view was breathtaking and the beach was so calm and relaxing! Five star stay! Amazing view and very clean condo!!!!

I would definitely recommend staying at Tidewater 204!! Holly was great to deal with! The condo was very very clean and I could tell that the owners took extra care to make sure it was stocked with all the comforts of home! I especially loved the coffee bar with the Keurig and different selections for coffee that could be enjoyed in the morning on the balcony over looking the ocean. The ocean view from this condo is absolutely incredible!! If you are like me and the view is so important when picking where to stay, trust me you won’t be disappointed!! The condo has obviously been recently updated with coastal decor that was beautiful. I also appreciate that they have a king bed which is very comfortable while on vacation. Holly also sent me recommendations of different restaurants and things to do in the area which was very helpful. I plan to book with Holly again as I would rate this condo FIVE STARS!

The Perfect Getaway

We were so excited to be able to stay at this condo and relax for the week! It had just gotten newly renovated before we arrived & we were so impressed! It was decorated so cute & gave us all the beach vibes, not to mention the balcony outlook of the ocean was beautiful! We loved having different amenities and options right at tidewater such as walking down to the beach, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna to choose from! Tidewater had the perfect location, just 5-15 min away from most restaurants and activities, but wasn’t a crowded or super busy area! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful, relaxing and amazing getaway. We can’t wait to go back!
