We are so excited to host your Saratoga Springs vacation! The King’s Cottage has amenities to entertain you all year long and is a perfect blend of city living with that country warmth! Our amenities are endless at The King’s Cottage! From our Brand New Hot Tub, Mini Golf Pool Table, PS5 with four controllers and 12 games, Fully Fenced in Yard, Hammock, Newly Renovated Bathroom, baby/toddler amenities, central air with smart thermostat, Big Screen TV’s, Fully Stocked Kitchen, and so much more this cottage will elevate anyone’s getaway! Set back from the road it is a wonderful quaint private cottage. It has an open floor plan with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms with one full bathroom.

Come right on into the living room and lounge in front of a 60” smart television which has a PS5 (4 controllers and 12 games). Relax on the comfortable sectional OR head outside to an outdoor entertainment area with a patio and firepit, games for all, and a NEW HOT TUB!!!! Enjoy a meal as if you were in your own home with the fully stocked kitchen and propane gas grill. From brand new furnishings, great entertainment spaces, comfortable beds, prime location, and detailed stocking our home couldn’t be more perfect for couples, friends, and families! Don’t forget your fur babies! We do allow pets!

This royal property is suitable for up to 4 adult guests looking to relax together in the home or for anyone looking to journey to Saratoga and explore surrounding attractions. The King’s Cottage is only 5-10 minutes from the Historic Saratoga Racetrack, exquisite Saratoga Lake, amazing eateries and shopping, SPAC for concerts and events, and 35 minutes to Lake George and hiking the Adirondacks!

Guest access

You will be able to check in with ease with a code provided for you 24 hours before check in. We strive to make your trip as convenient and accessible as possible! Check in is 4pm and Check out is 10am. This ensures our housekeeping team has ample time to prepare the property for our prized guests’ arrival!

Enjoy access to the entire home including an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Some indoor games which are stored in the cabinet in the living room include what do you Meme, Super Winner (Sling Puck Game), Backgammon, Mahjong, Playing cards, Poker Chips, Uno, Dominos, Rummikub, Guess Who, HeadbanZ, Scrabble and Connect 4. Enjoy our brand new PS5 with 4 controllers and 12 games!

Private backyard features a BRAND NEW HOT TUB, propane gas grill, patio set, Mini Golf Pool Table, hammock, fire pit and outdoor games which include Jumbo Connect 4, KAN JAM, and Corn hole. We also offer a 6 foot folding table that is stored in our deck box that can be used for party games or anything you may need it for.

The home has the perfect balance between outdoor and indoor charm. You will not go wrong with this home, and we cannot wait for you to enjoy all that this beautiful area has to offer! We are always available for anything you might need to make you feel right at home!

For dog owners The King’s Cottage is absolutely perfect. Enjoy our newly fully fenced in yard!! Located on a very quiet street set back from the road. Just a few steps from the front door and your in the trails at the state park and you can walk for miles. You will find food and water bowls by the back door. (Adjustable heights) For any spills you will find a light compact vacuum in the cabinet by the back door. *We do charge a $75 pet fee. Please make sure to include your pet in the reservation. If you plan on having more then two pets at the cottage please message us as an additional fee of $75 will be charged*

For Tesla owners our home is located 5 miles away from a Tesla Supercharger Station! Charge your Tesla up to 200 miles in 15 minutes! ~ ~
For families with young children, we have thought of some great amenities that will make you feel right at home! Enjoy the backyard with our brand new fully fenced in yard!!! At your request we can set up a pack n play prior to your arrival! (Complete with sheets and blanket) The Pack n Play will include a comfortable newborn mattress that can also be used for tummy time! We also will provide a contoured cushioned changing pad so you can change your baby anywhere! We can also provide a height chair! We will provide a nightlight and some themed bedtime books as well!! ( Please let us know ahead of time if any of these amenities meet your needs and we will make them available to you). In our fully stocked kitchen you will additionally find some children’s plates, cups, forks, spoons, and knives. For older kiddos we have a few games stored in the cabinet under the tv as well as a brand new PS5 with 4 controllers and 10 games! Our outdoor games are for everyone to enjoy including basketball, jumbo connect 4, Mini Golf Pool Table (plenty of clubs in different sizes) kan jam, corn hole and more.

For couples, The King’s Cottage is perfection. The home is set back from the road and offers privacy on a very quiet street. With A Queen Size Bed, Big Screen TV, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Cozy Outdoor Furniture, Mini Golf Pool Table, Hammock, Outdoor/Indoor Games, PS5 with 4 controllers and 12 games, Grill, and lights that illuminate the backyard the fun never ends! A 5 minute drive into downtown Saratoga is the icing on the cake!

For guests looking to stay over three nights, we offer discounted specials! We also offer a mid stay cleaning service upon request. Please message us! Our cottage is perfect for longer stays as our home has a very luxury feel to it. From the inside to the outside, we pay attention to all the details so you can enjoy all Saratoga has to offer and truly experience The King’s Cottage!

If you are looking for a check in or check out over 2 hours before our normal check in (4pm) and check out (10am) times we do charge a $75 fee. Please keep in mind we can not always accommodate this request but if we can we always like to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible!
