Completely renovated and updated full house in Saratoga, close to Downtown and the Track and minutes away from Saratoga Performing Arts Center and the State Park with the famous mineral springs and Geyser- direct dedicated bike path to The State Park where you can enjoy miles of paved trails, the Geyser Creek(fishing allowed), bbq pavilions, spring water pools, golf course, restaurant, natural carbonated mineral springs. Close by amenities include Saratoga Spa Golf Course, Spas, Hannaford Grocery store within 5 minutes, Stewarts Shops for their famous ice cream , banks. The open concept, fully equipped kitchen/living room is warm and inviting and features an electric fireplace and a big screen smart TV. Expansive Primary suite plus 3 other bedrooms and another full bath complete the main level, while on the lower level you will find a second Livingroom/family room with a big screen smart TV, 5th bedroom, full bath with washer and dryer, and a heated/cooled game room with pool table, ping pong table, darts, Chess set, Backgammon set, Rummy Cube Game, Rummy Card Game Kit, bar stools, and a second full size fridge. Back yard is generous- Hot Tub will ensure a relaxing environment YEAR ROUND, while the pool will ensure the family fun in the summer months, plus a Pagoda with seating and dual heat "firetable"(cold months)/or dining table in the summer, and a cozy wood burning firepit area with comfy chairs and wool blankets(please bring your own wood). Extremely convenient location. Central AC and hot air heat system. Home will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay- we are conscientious of the times we l live in and want to safeguard everyone. Sheets and towels are provided and professionally cleaned. Sorry, NO PETS allowed. Security cameras in the front and back, overlooking back yard and pool area.

My family had a wonderful weekend! The 2nd annual “Girl’s Weekend” with my sister, nieces, cousins and in-laws was perfect! We had plenty of space for the 10 of us and we did some shopping and wine tasting in Saratoga! We loved sitting by the fire and catching up on everyone’s jobs, kids, husbands/boyfriends and shared many great memories! Location was perfect, house was clean and warming, hot tub was fantastic, and all other amenities were excellent! Great getaway for all of us!!

Great property!

This property is clean and well maintained and felt welcoming and homey. It had everything we needed for our stay. It seems the hosts have put a lot of thought into how to make the guests stay as easy and pleasant as possible - like plenty of both towels and beach towels for use with the pool and hot tub. The backyard is amazing for family gathering! Also, great communication from the host!

Very nice and large house. All pictures are accurate. Pool/hot tub/fire pit are wonderful amenities. 10 mins to the track and downtown was very convenient. Dragos was extremely communicative during the check in process and was a great host! Would love to stay here again!!

Amazing Place in Saratoga

This property is a beautiful place to stay in Saratoga. My family and friends have been coming here for almost a decade straight and this is the best place we've been yet. The back yards has everything you'd want for kids and adults, the house is set up nice and well maintained. If you visiting for the track, SPAC, or town, they're all right there. I can't recommend this place enough.

We stayed at this property for three nights. The house was super clean and very updated. The teenagers and young adults enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables. The open living area with the kitchen allowed us to be together without being on top of each other. We would rent this house again.

Beautiful home!

This was our first time in Saratoga Springs and we were so happy we picked this property. Home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and very close to SPAC and downtown, so great location. The house was immaculate, and had everything we needed (even beach towels for the pool/hot tub). We loved the game room with ping pong and pool table. It was a fun house! We would definitely stay there again! Dragos was very responsive, a super host. Only issue is that we didn’t book to stay longer!

Modern Home Perfect for Groups!

10 of us rented Dragos’s wonderful VRBO home for three nights and had an incredible time! The home is very modern, up-to-date, well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, etc. and has an excellent spacious layout. We felt like we all had our own space and having three bathrooms was certainly a plus! The hot tub was a wonderful addition to our stay, as were the pool table and ping pong table. Dragos is also incredibly accommodating and kind and took the time to provide us with suggestions on bars and restaurants in Saratoga Springs. We will definitely be back!

Great Saratoga Family Stay

Rather than going to the beach this year, our family of nine rented a house in Saratoga Springs during racing season. We were 7 adults and three small children. The house was perfect -- 10 minutes from the racetrack, 5 minutes from the State Park, 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from lake and numerous golf courses. The house was perfect for this group. Recently renovated and immaculate, the pool, hot tub and game room kept everyone busy. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the owner. a fun time was had by all. Would highly recommend a stay at this property on or off racing season.

Overall great experience

We stayed as an extended family meeting at a halfway point for a one week vacation together. We enjoyed many days lounging by the pool, swimming and chatting. The state park is really close by for those that wanted to exercise daily (walk, bike, run). The kitchen in conducive to making large meals although only one person cooking at a time! (there are not enough knives/cutting boards for more than one chef unless you bring your own!) The house is well stocked with things you need such as pool towels, linens, eating utensils, stemware, plates for indoor and outdoor use. The second fridge downstairs is a bonus! Top of the line appliances. The neighborhood is not particularly pretty but it is quiet and the people we saw were friendly. It is a short drive to most everywhere you'd want to go.

Our family had a great vacation at this property. Location was great - close to the race track, which was the reason for our visit. We were with extended family, ages ranging from 6 to 75, and everyone had something to keep them busy within the property! Pool and hot tub were clean and the pool table was a big hit. It was beneficial to have the extra refrigerator in the basement too. Property and house are very well maintained!

Winter Family Reunion

This was a lovely property in a great neighborhood that was perfect for small family reunion this winter. The home was well stocked and nicely set up. We even had the advantage of our host showing up to help shovel us out from some unexpected snow, which was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend!

Team tournament stay

In town for a hockey tournament- the entire team stayed here, and everyone had a great time! Lots of entertainment at the house- 10 minutes to downtown Saratoga. The house was decorated with a Christmas tree and has the fireplace going with music playing when I checked in.

Perfect set up

We used our stay for a motorcycle trip starting point and did trips daily around the area and Lake George. The house was clean, set up nicely, large amount of bedrooms. The pool area and game room were extras we didn't get to use but are perfect for a family or group. Communication was top notch and response was immediate. Already discussing future uses of this location or others the host has.
