Welcome to SHADY COVE CHALET. Enjoy this lakefront chalet located within the gated, semi-private community of Treasure Lake. Ideally located on Bimini Lake, the 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom Chalet is a true waterfront oasis. Come kayak (4 included), canoe (1 included), fish and swim. Play golf, tennis and lawn games. Relax on the spacious deck, covered patio or down by the lake. Each night enjoy s'mores around the fire pit. Each day wake up to the breathtaking beauty of Treasure Lake.

The Shady Cove Chalet is tastefully decorated and makes a perfect getaway for family and friends. The spacious main level is highlighted by a Great Room, featuring cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace, hardwood floors and a picturesque view of Bimini Lake. The open concept makes entertaining a breeze. So does the well-equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, granite countertops, a large island and dining table. An expansive deck overlooks the lawn and lake, making a perfect spot for morning coffee, casual meals (supplied propane BBQ Grill) or simply to soak up some sunshine. On the lower level, a covered patio opens out to the large lawn and shaded path to the private dock.

The main level:
The Birch Suite: the primary bedroom is on the main level and has a king bed, large Roku TV and private bathroom
The Pine Retreat: this bedroom has a queen bed and Roku TV
The Maple Leaf Room: this bedroom is on the main level and has a queen bed and Roku TV and 1 additional main level full bathroom

The second level:
The Hibernation Station Loft: the loft has 2 twin beds, a queen bed and lounge area with sectional, games table and Roku TV.

The ground level:
TV and couches, bar, fridge and pub table, darts and games. Full bath and laundry.

In addition to the amazing property, Treasure Lake has lots to offer including two of the nicest golf courses in Pennsylvania.

Pet Policy: We accept up to 2 non shed dogs up to 50 lbs each (no puppies). All others must be approved before booking.

We are happy to host your pet with no additional pet fee.

We are offering our rental with no pet fee.
-Dogs must be leased when outside (no exceptions)
-Dogs will not be on furniture/beds (provide your own blanket/dog beds)
-No excess hair left in the home
-Yard must be cleaned up of any waste
A fee of $60 will be imposed if extra cleaning is required for excess pet hair
A fee of $65 will be imposed if any waste is left in the yard

What we provide:
Linens for all beds provided bath towels provided (bring your own beach towels)
Washer and dryer for your use
Soap dispensers at each sink Shampoo, Shower Gel and Conditioner provided in each shower
Starter pack of Paper products (toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom), napkins, 1 roll of paper towels),Dishwasher tabs (large box), Trash Bags (large box) (if you run out, you would need to supply)
Renters bring your own wood for fire pit

Guests must pay any citations they receive by the TL Security before check out.

4KAYAKS, 1 CANOE provide with the home, life vests and paddles. No outside boats allowed into the development. All guests must wear a life vest when out on the lakes. Renters assume all responsibility using boats and will not hold owner liable. Fishing allowed with PA Fishing License (catch and release only) Treasure Lake POA has limited the pool use to owners during weekends and holidays. HOUSE COMES WITH 6 POOL/BEACH PASSES GUESTS CAN ONLY USE POOL/BEACH MON-THUR (NON HOLIDAY) Pool open: early June through the third week of August) PASSES MUST BE RETURNED TO THE HOUSE, FEE FOR LOST PASSES IS $50 PER PASS. CHILDREN 5 AND UNDER DO NOT NEED A PASS. For Summer 2025 passes can be used at Bimini Beach and the Cayman Campground Pool. Dubois City Pool is available on weekend and Park Dam is nearby with a beach.

Perfectly situated, the chalet is .4 miles to the Gold Golf Course and Duffers' Tavern, 1.3 miles to the sandy beach of Lake Bimini and less than 2 miles to 4 tennis courts, and the sandy beach and marina at Treasure Lake. Other scenic attractions close to Treasure Lake includes Elk Viewing in Benezette and Bilgers Rocks in Grampian, PA. Only 2 hours from Pittsburgh and 70 minutes from Penn State, this gem of a chalet makes a wonderful getaway.
