Welcome to The Fun House!

Our home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, making it the perfect place for families and groups looking to relax and enjoy their vacation.

The house comfortably accommodates families and larger groups, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious kitchen features a large island that’s perfect for preparing meals, while the game room opens directly to the pool and kitchen area, creating a great space for everyone to gather.

Outside, you’ll find a heated pool, comfortable seating, and a BBQ grill with propane included. The pool area comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, so you can enjoy the Florida weather year-round. The driveway also provides parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Every bedroom includes a Smart TV, along with additional TVs in the game room, by the pool, and a large TV in the living room. You’ll have access to popular streaming services, including Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, as well as a Nintendo Switch with a variety of games for all ages.

Our home is also equipped with smart home features. Simply say, “Alexa, change the living room lights to blue” (or any color you prefer) to customize the lighting and create the perfect atmosphere.

We want everyone to have an amazing stay, but we do have one very important rule: No parties are permitted. We also ask that outdoor music be kept at a reasonable volume out of respect for our neighbors. We value being part of this wonderful community and appreciate your help in keeping it peaceful for everyone.
