In the summer, just a quick 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to the famed Saratoga Race Course. Walk to Everything! Our home is located within the Historic Beekman Arts District known for its quaint restaurants, bars, and shops. Centrally located- just a 10 minute walk to Saratoga's vibrant downtown and walking distance to Saratoga State Park, which features Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), as well as recreational activities including hiking trails, golf courses and tennis courts. During Racing Season, only a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to the famed Saratoga Race Course.
CLUBHOUSE DESIGN:
A functional layout that allows everyone to be together, but also provides the necessary privacy when needed. Recent updates include a well-equipped kitchen, renovated 2nd floor full bath and four elegant and peaceful bedrooms. All bedrooms are located on the second floor with a/c, blackout roman shades and drapes and three of the bedrooms have smart TVs.
A separate study downstairs has a smart tv, assortment of board games suitable for children and adults, as well as a fully equipped poker table with bumper pool.
Our house is baby and child friendly and equipped with toys, books, activities and necessities parents need when they stay away from home.
We have a single stroller, a double stroller, a wagon, highchair, pack n play, baby monitor, changing pad with linens, tear free shampoo and body wash, outdoor baby pool, sunscreen and all the must haves when traveling with young children.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
Three blocks out the front door allows access to Railroad Run, a half-mile trail in Saratoga Springs connecting West Circular Street to Congress Avenue. The trail is owned and maintained by the City of Saratoga Springs. Continuing on it brings you directly to the Saratoga Springs YMCA and finally to Saratoga Spa State Park where you can access SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center) for concerts, picnic areas, running and walking trails, mineral springs, the National Museum of Dance and Hall of Fame, the Saratoga Automobile Museum, the Lincoln Mineral Baths and Spa, and the Gideon Putnam Resort & Spa.
Beekman Art District is a quick 10 minute walk from the house. Referred to as the 'village in the Spa City', this lively section of Saratoga is home to a diverse selection of art galleries, restaurants, and shops. There’s a ton of unique finds here tucked away from the crowds of Broadway.
