For the months of July and August this beautiful property is rented on a weekly basis to accommodate our track patrons.

THE SPACE
This beautiful A Frame style home is very large, yet cozy and privacy is easily maintained, even with large groups.

The upstairs master suite is huge, with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. A 12x8 foot walk-in closet can easily accommodate a semi-private sleeping space (crib and available upon request) perfect for babies to be separate from, but right next to their parents.
The two downstairs bedrooms are separated by a common living area, sharing a full bath. The main floor bedroom is at the front of the house with a full bathroom just across the hall.

The main living area has a beautiful, new pellet stove for added warmth. The kitchen is well thought out with all the tools, place settings and utensils you should need. The dining room table can seat at least 13 people--two benches and 7 chairs (leafs and benches available upon request) in a large open layout, is perfect for family Holiday dinners or dinner parties.

The outdoor space takes your trip to the next level with an expansive (40'x8') deck. A propane grill is provided, as well as 4 small tables and 12 chairs for outdoor dining in the warmer months. An outdoor couch and chairs are perfect to enjoy the fresh air the and lush trees with no neighbors in sight. Step down into the yard and pick up a game at the built in horseshoe pit or start a fire in the oversized fire pit, and enjoy S'Mores and fireside tales in the 4 Adirondack Chairs (additional folding chairs available). From sipping your morning coffee to having that final nightcap, the outdoor space is perfect any time of day.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the whole yard and the main house. There is a cottage available to rent for overflow (sleeps an additional 8) but is otherwise unoccupied at the time.
