Modern Smoky Mountain Cottage | Spring Escape- 1

This modern cottage located on 6 sprawling acres is one of six located on Bluff Mountain across from the Trillium Wedding Venue. Nestled in the woods each cottage has a kitchenette, dining table with seating for four, love seat and two chairs. The large sliding glass doors at the front allow guests to immerse themselves in the relaxing woodland setting. The master bedroom features a king sized bed. Extra sleeping space is provided by two queen sized beds in the loft. The loft has a view through the large windows at the front of the cottage. A large shower and double sink vanity round out the amenities of the cottage. Our outdoor space features a deck with two adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the beautiful morning sunrise. In the evening, you can enjoy our common area fire pit with a glass of wine while watching the lights of the city below.

The cottage is located in Sevierville, Tennessee approximately 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge. These cottages will be great if you are hiking The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, visiting Dollywood, reconnecting with family or just enjoying a relaxing stay in the mountains. The cottage provides the perfect mountain getaway. At an elevation of 2,077 feet, the property provides panoramic views of the majestic mountains, a nighttime view of the lights of Pigeon Forge, and a glimpse of the seasonal fireworks show at Dollywood.

To access the property, the drive will take you up the mountain and on winding roads with some breathtaking views along the way. Utopia Way, our drive and all parking spaces are paved for ease of access. However, a four wheel drive may be necessary to travel on the mountain roads during the winter months of the year.
