Your Florida vacation starts with a brand new villa. This villa comes with a large private bath and kitchenette. Enjoy your downstairs oasis with a shared pool and beach bar in this fenced tropical paradise. This villa is beautifully appointed with an open floor plan. Villa has a king size bed, a futon, brand new full bath with a walk in shower, and a kitchenette with a cooktop and microwave. Indoor and outdoor dining available with a grill. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and 2 bikes are included. Take a quick bike ride down to popular downtown Bonita! Enjoy breakfast at Downtown Coffee or a concert at Sugar Shack!

Prime location! Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach are only 5 minutes away. Fine dining, casual restaurants, entertainment, golf, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. Coconut Point Mall is 10 minutes away. The Mercato in Naples is only 15 minutes away. Fresh Market, Home Goods, and Publix are within walking distance.

Stay was great, host greeted us on arrival. Villa was clean and well stocked. Bed was super comfy, a must for me. Pool and patio were a great spot to relax with a drink. Would reccomemd!

Great getaway haven. The owner has utilized the space so wisely and so nicely. Everything you need is in this adorable space. The outdoor amenities are such a plus - very quiet and extremely safe neighborhood close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and know that many other families will enjoy this jewel for years to come.

This was a very quiet, private, beautiful villa ! When we walked in it had a very clean and welcoming scent.. the bed was very, very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very nice to offer new carton of half and half for our coffee!We loved the area and had bikes to ride to downtown Bonita springs.

Jennifer was a great host

Best host we have had. Property is quiet and has a nice pool with nice afternoon shade. Outside grill was nice and given the great restaurants in the area the limited kitchen - accurately described in the listing - was not a problem.

Amazing stay!

We had the most amazing time in these two villas. They are fully stocked and wonderfully decorated. The pool was private and the view of the canal was icing on the cake. This will be the perfect place for our next visit to bring family or friends as we will have separate living spaces but only steps away with the pool in the middle! Jennifer was so responsive and literally thought of everything. These villas are like staying at the Ritz, yet you are the only ones allowed at the pool!
