Perfect vacation

This property was gorgeous! It was perfectly situated on the water where you can see the beach from the kitchen table or the balcony. Kids had easy access to walk across and we could watch them easily. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

The location & view is excellent. The condo is efficient, with everything you need but is very close to the next building with no curtains on the floor length windows. The next building has full view of you. On the balcony, we would have preferred a sofa instead of a hammock. We were not informed of roof work. When host contacted, they apologized and stated that they would stop work at 5 pm. They worked until 730pm. Other than the day of construction the balcony was a place of peace with beautiful views while listening to the waves .

The property was awesome - great view - easy to get to the beach. Loads of restaurants near by. Convenient parking. Clean beds - challenge was flooring was extremely dirty so check when you arrive - housekeeping was not very responsive.

The balcony and beach view were amazing! The location was walking distance to lots of shopping, restaurants, and right at beach access. Condo was very clean. Only issue we had was lock not working properly for one of the balcony doors and the beds are not comfortable. But overall it was a wonderful trip and place to stay!

There is no pool access although the 2 lower units have access to a private pool on 17th st. The view is amazing. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in closet although the company offers to rent them as well. Overall the place was clean and conveniently located to everything in Tybee. The location worked out great because the ocean was rough and we were able to easily walk around the bend to the river inlet/ bay side where the water was not as rough. The sunrises are beautiful. There is a big Crack in the top of the main door that probably let's out a lot of AC. So thankful I don't have to pay the power bill there. Overall great relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful property with great beach amenities. Great for our family trip with three littles and grandparents. Comfortable beds- perfect views from the AMAZING deck. Sad to leave but would definitely stay again!

My family of five enjoyed this beautiful condo for our Thanksgiving 2025. Our family ages span from 14 to 94. The elevator enabled us to accommodate my mother’s wheelchair with unit entrance steps to the front door. The elevator also enable us to use our folding wagon to unload our luggage and supplies to the third floor. The wide view of the ships movement in and out of the port entertained us all. Wonderful Thanksgiving!

Porpoise Point 5 did not disappoint. Overall beautiful condo with comfortable beds, perfect location, and the deck overlooking the ocean was amazing! We loved everything about it!

When we arrived there was a puddle of water in the middle of the kitchen floor. I called the “host” and got no answer. I left a message. Then my brother opened the microwave and water came out of the microwave. I thought when the host called me back. I would tell them. So, my husband and I stayed in the bedroom with a queen size bed. There was no air coming out of the vent. I called again and left another message. Later the host (Amy from Island Vacation Rentals) called me back. She said that maintenance guy and a roofer were coming by. Oh that was going to fix the issues. I also informed her that the door to the balcony did not lock or completely close. A roofer showed up. No maintenance just a roofer. He looked at the microwave and the cabinet above it and was taking to my brother and said he didn’t think it was a roofing issue. Looking in the cabinet I could see mold. He looked at the door and said “yes the lock is spinning and probably needed to be replaced.” He had no idea about the ac issue. They knew about the microwave because there was another microwave (very small) on the counter. They knew about the damage and let us stay there. We checked in on Monday and offered a unit on the floor below us on Friday. We left Sunday morning. Nothing was offered as a partial refund or help to move us. There are no extra towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, toilet paper or paper towels. The pictures are inaccurate. The furniture is different. Don’t stay here.

Home away from Home

Overall we had a great experience. Great beach views from the balcony, nice bathrooms and kitchen. The only thing is that we wish the elevator would have been working. My wife is 7 months pregnant and it was a taxing on her going up and down the 3 flights of stairs. Other than that, it was a good trip.

Love Tybee

Very nice, large, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, will excellent ocean views. Huge beautiful deck. Elevator nice for loading and unloading since it is on 3rd floor. Management company was great and got us a golf cart for the week. We will be back.

Property is directly across from the beach. It has a beautiful wrap around deck to watch the ocean. The condo was very clean and comfy. Also, walking distant to restaurants , shops and bars. The management company was amazing, answered questions very quickly. We will be coming back to this property!

Perfect Location

The location was perfect. I love to hear the waves frim the bedroom. Great ocean views and condo was a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Although the place was clean, the floors were pretty dirty. The cleaning crew could have done a better job sweeping/mopping in between guests. Overall, everyone loved the place. We will definitely come back.
