- 1 KING Bed, 2 Queen Beds. All bedrooms have walk in closets with plenty of clothing storage

- Workstation in the Primary Bedroom

- Two full bathrooms, one bathroom has a tub

- Fully equipped kitchen available, with a Toaster, Keurig, starter kit with coffee, tea and sugar. You will have everything you need to prepare a delicious meal including a Ninja blender, Ninja chopper, Mixer and pots and pans. The cabinets store plenty of glasses, mugs, silverware and plates.

- Counter stool seating at the kitchen island and Casual dining area off kitchen

- Free high speed Wi-Fi for your streaming needs. There are 50" Smart TVs wall mounted each bedroom and 65" Smart TV wall mounted in the family room. Each Smart TV is equipped with Netflix, Hulu and Roku and allow for login to your personal streaming service of choice!

- There are two Fire Extinguishers in the house (one under the sink, one on the patio)

- Washer and Dryer in the garage available for use, including detergent

- Additional linens, towels, washcloths & other necessities stored in linen closet
