There are AC units in the bedrooms areas of the house. Casa Fausto comfortably sleeps 10 people. Casa Fausto is adjacent to the major road (Carr. 102) that provides access to malls, grocery stores, and notable restaurants overlooking the beautiful waters of Joyuda, Cabo Rojo. This residence is only 45 minutes away from Rafael Hernandez Airport (Aguadilla, BQN), and approximately 2.5 hours away from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (San Juan, SJU). The Cabo Rojo lighthouse is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes away, and the world-famous bioluminescent bay in La Parguera is less than a 40 minute drive.
The neighborhood
Cabo Rojo, also known as the “Capital of the Seafood in Puerto Rico”, is the beach town preferred by locals when they want to enjoy a weekend of sun, sand, and a good time with friends and family. Located on the west coast of Puerto Rico, Cabo Rojo features one of the most naturally scenic landscapes in the country, including the panoramic Morrillos Lighthouse, with clear beaches, excellent hikes, and breathtaking sunsets. Some of the best beaches on the island are located in Cabo Rojo: Combate, Buyé, Boquerón, Playuela and Punta Arenas.
For the outdoors-loving guests, the Monte Pirata Bike Park, one of the best trails in town for both mountain biking and hiking, is located just 3 miles from the villa.
For the deep-sea fishing enthusiast: Marina Puerto Real, Cabo Rojo and La Parguera, Lajas, located between 15 minutes to 30 minutes from the villa, provides fishing charters along the Caribbean Sea in world-renowned fishing holes such as Mona Island, Monito, Desecheo Island, Los Placeres and El Pichincho .(Need reservation before)

Max occupancy: 10 guest, without exceptions. If you can't follow the rule we will be obliged to retain the security deposit.
House Rules:
- We reserve the right of admission.
- Provide identification prior to check-in.
-Signed agreement & disclosure it's a requirement to stay on the property.
- No smoking.
- No parties or events allowed at the property.
- No animals.
- Quiet hours from 12pm to 8am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours.
- Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess, stained towels/linens will be charged from damage deposit.
- Subletting not allowed.
- Do not hang towels from balcony or windows.
- Please help us conserve energy and turn off the AC when not in use.
- Capacity of Vehicles/Auto is 4.
-Cancellation are 60 days before stay.
-Kids need to be under supervision of an adult at all times.
-Do not leave food open outside the refrigerator or stove (help us to maintain our strict pest control)
- If A/C are ON close the bedrooms door at all times.
*** Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500. The Security Deposit its require at the Check-In via ATH Movil.
*** Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
*** Holidays and Long weekends (such as Thanksgiving, Holy Week( Semana Santa), Spring break, etc..) may require a minimum of 4 nights or more, please contact the host prior to do your booking request.

**** BILLARD- Do not stain it with food, grease or any other substance, including beverage. DO NOT SIT DOWN ON THE BORDER. Game exclusively for adult and /or over 18 years old. WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE USE IT.

LANGUAGE: No cursing. Our neighbors don’t want to hear vulgarity.
OTHER SERVICE: CHEF UPON REQUEST
- The client shall maintain the premises in a good and clean condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The clients shall leave the premises relatively close to the manner it was delivered to them. Clients shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The clients agree that the Host may charge the clients any services from the security deposit if clients cause damage to the premises or its furnishings. The client shall pay for any loss or unreturned keys. If lock must be changed, the client will also be charged for this.
