The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, a covered entry, an enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning area, and has easy access to the beach path right across the street. Enclosed foyer stairs lead to the floors above. The second floor has an open-concept living area and offers a bright airy space with windows across the front of the house. The living area features lots of comfortable seating for your group, a TV, and direct access to the furnished covered deck. The dining table and kitchen bar stools provide lots of seating at mealtime, and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare coastal feasts. Indoor entertainment options include multiple TVs, DVDs, VCRs, a stereo, and family games.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
