Accommodations:
Bedroom 1: Comfortable queen bed, rustic ensuite bathroom with large shower, luxury bedding, private lake view screened porch, Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large closet, cozy atmosphere.

Bedroom 3: Two full size/double beds (NOT queen size) with books, games, and toys for kids, and Smart TV.

A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located off the hallway and shared between the guest bedrooms.

You have access to: Entire home, large deck, and private dock

Guests may tie up one boat on the side of the dock, but may not use the boat slip.

A few owner areas (locked closets, detached garage, boat slip) are not available for guest use or access.


Other Important Info:

For lake time, we recommend bringing your own floats, life jackets, sunscreen, and gear as these items are not provided. Beach towels are provided.

Please include the total number of guests when booking, including all overnight guests, children and day time visitors. Use of the property (including the home, deck, dock, driveway) is limited to number booked on the reservation. Maximum of 8 people per reservation.

Changes made after booking may require a reservation update and price adjustment.

We do not allow parties, events, reunions, large groups/gatherings, or pets.

Must E-sign rental agreement sent from host before check in.

For security, we monitor access and use of the property via video cameras that capture activity on the driveway, front and back doors, back deck, and the swim and boat dock. Any tampering with cameras will result in immediate loss of access to property.
