This gorgeous private residence is the perfect place to relax & unwind as your home away from home for friends, family and pets! The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1 car garage, private fenced back yard, and has a large heated pool and covered Lanai to enjoy our wonderful Florida weather.

For recreation you will have full use of boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, variety of bicycles including tandem bikes, beach wagon to haul everything, gas fired barbecue grill, and so much more. Inside you will find a wide variety of board and card games (Dutch Blitz and Code Names are our favorites!) along with books for all ages.

Cable, Hi-speed Internet and WiFi are provided so everyone will be able to use their Smart devices. There are 4 flat screen Smart TVs, one in each bedroom and the living room. Each TV comes loaded with Roku so you can log into your favorite apps including YouTube, Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Sling to name a few. Additionally, one room is equipped with a desk/work area for business travelers.

Sleeping arrangements include the following configuration: King bed in Master, Queen size bed in bedroom 2, bunk beds with Full and Twin beds in bedroom 3. There is also a queen sized inflatable mattress. Master bath has walk in shower and 2nd bath has full shower & tub.

The open concept dining/kitchen/living areas feature double doors access to the screened-in dining and sitting areas right next to the beautiful, oversized heated pool.

The fully stocked and upgraded kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, new barstools and granite countertops, and everything you might need for whipping up and enjoying your favorite meals. Also provided for your convenience are a new Ninja blender, Crock Pot, Kuerig and Drip Coffee makers, and a new large family size Air Fryer.

All of the expected comforts of home are provided with fresh linens, bath and pool/beach towels, spare pillows/blankets/sheets, iron/ironing board, hair dryers (2), washer and dryer. We also provide you in both bathrooms starter packs of beach themed soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand lotion.

With quick access to all Sebastian has to offer and only 4 miles to the riverfront and 8 miles to the ocean, 11 miles away from the mall, this home is perfect for everyone.

The Sebastian area is famous for its year-round fishing on the St. Sebastian river, the Indian River Lagoon or the Atlantic Ocean. Several easily accessible boat ramps and parking facilities are located along Indian River Drive. Captain Mike with Reel Wicked charters is a family favorite and operates out of a local Sebastian marina!

There’s a lot of local history as well and several museums in which to see artifacts from treasure shipwrecks along the Treasure Coast.

Despite the laid back feel, you can always find something to do here! Golfers will find several courses in the area. There are free concerts in the park during the spring, and other events (Frog leg festival, Seafood festival, Clambake, Arts and Crafts shows etc) are scheduled throughout the year – there’s always something going on in Sebastian or nearby Vero Beach!

Eco-lovers, Adventure Seekers and Relaxation Enthusiasts will enjoy a stroll or bicycle along the beautiful riverfront and relax near the lagoon. The Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean are just minutes away. Head over to one of the many uncrowded beaches (Golden Sands is our favorite) or take the 'Sebastian River Queen Jungle Tour' along the River and see dolphins, herons, turtles and manatees. Or, take an airboat ride in the Blue Cypress Conservation Area or wetlands and see birds and alligators in their natural habitat. Canoe or paddle boat to the barrier islands. Enjoy surfing, sailboarding or fishing at the famed Sebastian Inlet; one of the top surfing spots on Florida's coast. And if you're in the mood to try something a little more exciting - head out to our local airport and see the team at Skydive Sebastian, 'Florida's most scenic drop-zone'! If you aren't quite ready to 'jump', try a parachute ride and marvel at the amazing aerial views of the town, beaches, lagoon and nature preserve.

And if you tire of the peace and quiet and are ready to adventure out further, all of the Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Harry Potters world and other theme parks and attractions of Orlando are just 90 minutes away. Head an hour north to tour the Kennedy Space Center (Cape Canaveral). Or, plan a day trip to exciting Fort Lauderdale or South Beach Miami or historical St. Augustine.
