To start, we are very centrally located to everything the Denver area and Rocky Mountains have to offer, and provide a unique and quiet stay during every season of the year on a safe, tree lined street at the base of the Colorado foothills. You'll be completely surrounded by budding flowers and trees through the spring and summer, vivid color as the leaves change in the fall, and watch epic snowfall blanket the grounds through your windows in the winter. Colorado is known for it's vibrant seasons, and our location is perfectly situated to enjoy them all.
Your apartment is tucked back and secluded from neighboring yards, and surrounded by nature offering a small town feel, while being just minutes from the amenities and attractions of Downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Enjoy walking or biking the clear creek trail from Johnson park directly behind the house (access via Wadsworth), and easy public transportation or a short 10-15 minute drive in any direction to get to Red Rocks, Mile High Stadium and the brand new Meow Wolf complex, the Denver aquarium, Coors Field, Ball Arena, The Colorado Convention Center, Golden, Olde Town Arvada, or countless bars, breweries, restaurants, shopping, and dispensaries. Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible, and typically less than $15.
