We are super host, owner and we stay with you. There are several security camera here. The front door installed digital lock. We change the code while necessary. You are safe in here. And you are easy to get help from us.

Welcome to this new house, this is a great place where you will enjoy a wonderful, comfortable stay. 13 min to go San Jose airport and 10 min to San Jose Convention Center,9 min to San Jose downtown,8 min to Japanese Town and 6 min to San Jose State University, 0.5 mile to Wal-mart Supercenter and 0.4 mile to Vietnamese Shopping Mall, which is the largest Vietnamese shopping mall in US. There are lots of restaurants only 10 minutes by walking.

With the Covid-19 situation constantly changing, at GPH, we are following the cleaning protocol by the CDC’S Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection Recommendations.

It's located in the central of Silicon Valley. It is very convenience to most of the famous company, such as Apple, Go0gle, Facebo0k, Cisco, Tesla, and Stanford University. This is one story big house which 1800 square feet. The yard is 6000 square feet. There are 4 rooms running Airbnb. We provide brand new queen size bed and sleepy train mattress. There are new large closet, night table, big chair, desk, fans, and tissue in your room. Plush new comforter, new pillow, new bed sheets, and we provide white bath towel and hand towel for every guests. The room is just remodeled. The electrical appliances are newly purchased. The back yard is quite huge and beautiful for your relax.

It is a fairly safe neighborhood. But to ensure guest safety, we have installed light cams on outside of the house. One cam is in the kitchen and another in the living room. There are two inside of the house.
Guest access
We provide white towels for guests.
1. The dining room is available for guests. There are refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, water boiler in dining room. Microwave is only for light use. Such as warm up. It is not available for cooking. Kitchen room is not available for guests.
2. Super big, quite and beautiful back yard is the best place for your relax.
3. Bed sheets, comforter cover, pillows cover and towels are changed after guests check out.
4. Separated laundry room with new washing machine and dryer. Laundry detergent and sanitizer provided. It's open from 8:00AM to 8:00PM. $8/laundry.
5. Free body-wash, shampoo, hair dryer provided
6. Free hot tea, coffee and drinking water. Please served by yourself.
7. First day welcome bottle water
8. Three parking spots on driveway ($5/day/position) plus free street parking
9. Free iron
10. Free high speed Wi-Fi.
Other things to note
1、No parking from 1PM to 4 PM First Wednesday of the month due to street sweeping. Don't park your car in front of the mail box or on yard.
2、We were allergic to animals and phobia of animals. So any guests with animals (including service-type animals) are not allowed.
3、There is no AC. We provide fans in each room. Heater provided during winter.
