The living room has a lot of comfortable seating options. Kitchen county seats 4.

Sleeping arrangement is as follows:
1) the master bedroom sleeps 2 (KING bed)
2) the loft (second bedroom) sleeps 2 (extra long twin beds) + 1 trundle twin bed.
3) Additional sleeping available as an option: foldable twin mattress with foam pad for one additional guest. (can be placed in the living room)

All mattresses are organic with a medium/firm feel (no springs!)
