Our condo is a short walk to all the shops, restaurants & nightlife Frisco has to offer. Beautiful mountain views. Free Wifi, cable and covered parking. Recently updated (November of 2022) with new carpet, tile, paint, appliances, lighting and bedroom furniture. Ideally located near 5 major ski resorts!
The condo has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen and king bed, with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the second full bathroom down the hall. The living room has a loveseat with a pull out twin sleeper. There are great views from the deck, which is equipped with a propane grill. In November of 2022 I have updated the condo with many new cosmetic and practical updates including new carpet, tile, paint, appliances, lighting and bedroom furniture. There are still things that need updating (I am looking at you... bathrooms). The condo is super conveniently located with wonderful amenities and plenty of beds for everyone. Cozy 850 sf, the condo is furnished with an eye towards functionality and efficiency. To save space I have included a coffee table that converts to a dining table and folding upholstered dining chairs that easily stow out of the way. Also, all of the bedroom end tables have built-in outlets, so you will never have to search for an outlet to charge your electronics. We have covered parking for 1 car, as well as additional uncovered parking if needed.
