The kids will love the sandy beach at the swimming pond across the street. Dock your boat in the calm waters of the channel right out the back door. This three bedroom, two bath home is located in the quiet Shady Oaks subdivision on Long Lake, just off of I69 between Coldwater, Michigan and Angola, Indiana.
Inside is a full eat in kitchen with a dishwasher that separates the family room from the living room. The living room has a beautiful view of the commons area. There are TV's in the living room and family room and WIFI is included so just bring your Roku or Fire Stick to stream your favorite show or relax with a good movie. There is also a washer and dryer included in the amenities for your convenience.
Outside is a covered patio with a gas grill and patio table and chairs. Also included is a fire pit where you can wind down your day. You will need to bring your own firewood.
Sorry, NO SMOKING in the house or garage and no pets allowed. Boat rentals are available at local marinas.
