It has a power generator that cover the full apartment and kicks in automatically in the event of an outage. The loft was completely remodeled in 2022 with modern and tasteful decoration, functional high-end furniture and brand-new appliances including washer & dryer and a dishwasher.

It is a short walk to La Playita del Condado (the nicest beach in this trendy neighborhood) and the Condado lagoon. It is adjacent to the Caribe Hilton hotel (with fun shops and restaurants) and walking distance to Distrito T Mobile which combines the best in art, music, dining and entertainment. It is 8 min drive from Old San Juan (30 min walk) and 15 min drive from the San Juan Airport.

Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.




All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.

Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet
