Der Koch ist in der gut sortierten Küche von Seaview nicht isoliert! Während Sie kochen, genießen Sie einen herrlichen Meerblick. Sie haben auch Zugang zum angrenzenden Wohnzimmer mit TV und Meerblick. Das Deck ist auch Meerseite, mit einem Grill, Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und natürlich eine großartige Aussicht auf den Sandstrand, nur 300 Meter entfernt.

It was a delightful surprise. Easy walk to the beach. The condo literally comes with EVERYTHING you could ever need. The management company even had welcome kits, which were amazing and super helpful. It was clean, great location. Loved it. My ONLY suggestion is to have a way to separate the deck space so we could sit out with the dogs. We did get to meet the family that was renting next door and they were also there for UNCW family weekend. We will definitely stay again.

It was everything the listing described. Communication from the host group was outstanding! We didn't have any issues, but they communicated with us just the right amount of times and we knew if we had any problems/concerns they would be addressed professionally. Key reasons we chose this place were: pet friendliness, quiet location, beach access, and inclusion of linens and beach towels. The bonus was the storage room with bikes and beach chairs as well as other beach friendly items. Everything was well taken care of and having shared access to the laundry facilities was pretty nice too. Great views!

Great Location

Quiet street with plenty of great amenities! Bikes and other beach equipment is a nice plus! Loved the early morning coffee on the deck watching sunrise over the ocean. Will definitely stay again!

Just a short walk to the beach

Great Beach Location

Great beach week with family

We enjoyed our stay. Home was exactly as advertised. Great location to the beach. Property management was communicative and helpful. We had a broken coffeemaker situation that was fixed same day and a stove shut off in the middle of our stay, but I texted and someone from their team immediately called me and walked me through the breaker process. My four hungry kids were very thankful for their prompt response. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our needs. It was well stocked with basic necessities. I think this is more suited for a family of 4, any more than that might have issues with only one bathroom. Also, the distance to the beach was a bit deceiving as we thought we would have direct access. Instead we had to walk down to the public beach access to get to the beach which was a bit out of the way.

The house is advertised as "ocean view" which is different than an oceanfront house. During the summer, there is a more distinct path leading from our property to the beach without having to walk around to the public access. After the summer traffic dies down, the path gets overgrown with natural beach growth, but is still accessible. We have alerted our landscapers to pay closer attention to the pathway on our property, but we cannot maintain the neighboring properties that separate us from the beach. It's is pretty quick way to the beach, but maybe not for older people or those with other limitations.

Great Getaway for my Three Daughters and Me

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My girls (ages 10, 8 and 4) and I spent four days in this unit and will definitely reserve again! I am super picky about cleanliness and it was smelled so clean when we first walked in. The owners have thought of everything from beach chairs, to umbrella, beach cart, boogie boards, coffee pot, high chair, pack and play and more. We had plenty of towels and linens. You literally could just pack your car with clothes and food and have everything you need in the unit! Since there is only one bathroom I think it would be hard to have more than four people stay in the unit but it would hold up to seven adults (although, two adults would have to sleep on the Full/Queen sleeper sofa which was actually very uncomfortable). Overall the location was great (just steps to the beach), it was so clean and had all of the amenities you would need for a great getaway!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon check in I inspected the place and the bathroom was filthy. Bathtub not cleaned and there was a dead cockroach the size of scorpion in the tub. I called property management and they said nothing. Did not apologize or offer to haver someone come and clean it. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. No outside lights in the front so you could not see at nite when you came in. Not enough privacy for a duplex. Shared staircase to the back deck. Would not rent this property again

Reviewer Comments: I stayed with my family for a quick 2 nights stay at Wrightsville Beach, NC and it was wonderful until on the very first night that we stayed we had purhased food because we wanted to cook food while our stay there. Once we began cooking our first meal not even within the first 10 minutes did the stove suddenly shut off on us. There was food cooking in the oven and some vegetables that were getting boiled. We called/used the fix it app and left messages but no one ever called back or even emailed us about anything during our whole stay. No one called/emailed back on who was gonna come and try to fix the stove. We were quite upset because we did buy food for 3 days and for 7 people. Along with buying all that food we ended up going out to eat for every meal (which we weren't planning on since we had a kitchen and food to prepare and were on a budget). I wish someone would have called to see what was going on with the stove but nothing. And i was actually hoping for a reimbursement for the food that was left or something. There should be more help/organization/timely response that should put onto that part of the call/fix it app to be a more pleasing, more appreciative and successful company.

We apologize for the issue with the stove that occurred over the weekend and understand that being able to cook with family is important, even if your stay was only for a quick 2 nights! We try to avoid all issues whenever possible with preventative maintenance, but when something unanticipated pops up, our goal is to take care of it ASAP. Love Wrightsville Beach

Great accommodations and location! Very clean, comfy and fully equip kitchen. Love that it’s dog friendly. I would have liked a gate partition to separate the back porch so the dogs don’t wonder off to the next unit. Two cottages away from the beach. I didn’t like that a huge commercial hotel was near by the property and was undergoing outdoor repairs… but just ignore that! Restaurants were in walkable distance and if you need a break from this awesome relaxation, 5 minutes away is Wilmington’s huge shopping centers. Shell Island Wrightsville has been our GO TO PLACE for many years now. I wished I had rented this cottage sooner.

Perfect beach cottage

So impressed! Tracey was great with communication! The location is perfect! Beautiful views can hear the waves with the windows open, perfect for sleeping. The cottage comes with EVERYTHING! Loved riding the bikes, took them to eat and have a few drinks, road them down to the end of the island where the ocean meets the marsh, beautiful sunsets down there! That’s a must! Loved watching the sunrise right out front of the cottage. Absolutely perfect!

Great Pet Friendly Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely pet friendly duplex steps from the beach. Cute, comfy decor and great location. Thanks for letting vacationers travel with their furbabies!
