The house has a 7,000sqft lot with a large private yard and patio. From the 2nd story, one of the bedrooms has a sliver of ocean on a clear day. The house is fully stocked. Furnished with a TV, WiFi (all included), full kitchen, dishwasher, stove/oven and refrigerator. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms each with desks, a washer/dryer combo and a bathroom. There is also a small balcony on the 2nd floor to enjoy your morning coffee and feel the ocean breeze. The property is less than a mile from the beach and about a mile from the cute, downtown Encinitas area. You can walk to everything. There are 2 different grocery stores within a mile. We also have a Home Depot, Walmart, Target, Kohls, Homegoods, restaurants, Costco, all within a few miles.
