Enjoy what Gulf Shores has to offer while immersing yourself in Coastal Living where you’ll feel right at home in this well equipped condo that sleeps 6 (4 adults).


Relax and take in the unobstructed views of the Gulf/Dunes in the comfy recliners inside or the Adirondack Chairs on the balcony.
Take a moment and walk on the beach with your coffee in your hand or explore the 17 miles of walking/bike trails through the Gulf State Park.
Inside the condo you will be immediately greeted with beach decor and amazing views from the main living area. We have hopefully thought of everything from the comfortable living area, full size kitchen, comfortable queen beds in the bedroom and lofts. Including built-in bunk beds where your munchkins can fall asleep amongst dolphins, sea, and sky.


All of this within in 1 mile of many restaurants, shopping and the Hang Out Fest.
For those who like to fish, the State Pier is across the street and within walking distance, or grab your crabbing gear or fresh water gear and visit Shelby Lake which can be seen from the walkway of the condo and is within walking distance.

There are no animals of any type allowed in this unit. The unit is non-smoking due to regulations by the HOA and allergies of the owner but there is a smoking area set up by the elevators. The unit does have a ring doorbell and the complex is monitored with security cameras in all common areas, walkways, and parking lot. We do not charge extra for cleaning or amenities (pool).

Inside the Condo:
We have hopefully thought of everything from the comfortable living area to the comfortable queen beds in the bedroom and loft. Including built-in bunk beds where your munchkins can fall asleep amongst dolphins, sea, and sky.

* Main level bedroom (queen bed), twin bunk bed in the hallway alcove, loft has an additional queen bed with armoire. Capacity is up to 6 people but limited to 4 adults as the top bunk bed has a weight limit of no more than 150 pounds.

* 1 full and 1/2 bath are located on the main level

* Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances.

* Living/Dining combined area with two recliners and seating for 6

* Full size washer/dryer in unit

* Private balcony with seats for 4

* Smart TV's are located in the Living Area, bedroom, and loft.

* Condo is on the top floor with no one above you and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.
