Rest assured we have removed everything and i did train and reiterate with my team to double check each spot and get the home ready for the future guests. Thank u so much for ur kind feedback, we are happy u enjoyed ur stay. The cameras outside are there to protect the home and to make sure we do not have any unauthorized parties, gatherings going on which is against city ordinance. Im sorry u felt “being watched”, as that is not the case, nor the intention. You did have around 15 people party that was not agreed to by me as ur reservation was for 6 guests only, and the party was against our house rules. This is a residential neighborhood and we cannot disturb the neighbors. Next time please if u plan to do a party kindly let the host know in advance of the number of guests and cars, so the host can decide if they want to allow so many people or a party in their property. Hello Susan, thank u for ur feedback. Unfortunately i really do not appreciate when marijuana is smelling in my home as soon i enter and I incur additional cost to clean up after u and ur party. And yes out of respect to me and other travelers i will let people know if they are doing something wrong and without permission in my house. In ur case, leaving my house smelling weed. Fact is a fact, and whether u did it inside or “only outside”, it is also against the laws still in Florida, besides being disrespectful and unacceptable. This is a beautiful home for families and travelers who wish to spend quality time in a home that does feel like a home away from home. We do have hot water, towels and all amenities and actually plenty more things than many other rental places offer. Thank u for ur feedback on the wash clothes and the ice situation, those are easy fixes. U only had to ask, as we do have plenty of towels, blankets and wash clothes, pool towels, etc. As for tv-s we do have 3 in the living rooms and perhaps we can add to the bedrooms as well although i hope people do other things when they are on vacation besides watching tv.. we do have plenty of board games to choose from too, barbecue by the pool with a nice sitting area. The garden is actually the same size as any of the standard lots in the area. It is a lush garden and yes, it is a residential area so the neighborhood is a quiet, home feeling neighborhood. I would like travelers to respect my home and take care of it as if their own. Due to ur unfair review i am not sure my home will get booked as many times as i would like to, but surely on other platforms i only have marvelous reviews from people who used my home as intended, as a friends and family vacation home. Thank u again for ur feedback, and i will do my best to correct the items u mentioned above that could be improved upon.
