→ Location: Please be aware that our property is situated right next to the road, and there may be associated traffic noise. If you are sensitive to sounds, particularly road or train noise, we recommend considering this aspect before making a reservation.
→ For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in
→ Outdoor setting: Please be aware that this property is located in a natural outdoor setting where mosquitoes may be present, especially during warmer months. We provide citronella candles and quarterly pest control to help deter these insects, but please take note that this is literally beyond hosts' control.
→ Security features: This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
→ Pet fee: There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Bookings made within 48–72 hours have a standard check-in time of 7 PM. If you need earlier check-in (like 4 PM), let us know ASAP and we’ll try to accommodate.
