Our lovely townhome is located just 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. It's close enough to enjoy all that Music City has to offer, but far enough away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood to guarantee that you'll get a great night's sleep on our comfortable beds. There's also a large outdoor deck to enjoy gathering outside.

***This is a non-smoking unit. Violation of the non-smoking rule will result in a fee of $400. This is non-negotiable.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and the decor was so cute! The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. The landscape is also very nice. It was close to everywhere we wanted to visit in Nashville and stores in the town. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed our stay. The house was very well kept and had everything you could possibly need in case you forgot. Communication was quick and helpful. Only hard thing was arrival and knowing we were in the right spot for how dark it was.

The property was as listed and more. The neighborhood was quiet, close to shopping and entertainment. The host thought outside the box with a lot of amenities that a lot of places do not offer. Great stay overall—exactly what we needed for our trip. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and the 2 bed/2 bath layout worked perfectly for our family, with the added bonus of a pullout couch and inflatable mattress for extra sleeping space. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is AMAZING! This was our GODsend after a terrible rental that we had to leave the day before. They have thought of everything anyone would need to be comfortable! This house is exactly as described in VRBO - it is very clean and cozy, as well as up to date. We had everything we needed for a weekend getaway to Nashville and the price was half of the cost for a cramped, one room hotel! Plenty of towels, pillows, dishes, etc and the hosts responded immediately to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Well hello there. 🙂 My name is Kristen and my husband Ralph and I live in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains in the extreme northeastern tip of the great state of Tennessee. We both grew up in the Tampa Bay Area but made this area part of our lives back in 2006. In addition to operating short-term rentals, we do coaching and training for mortgage loan officers to help them make more money working fewer hours. We love hiking, boating, winding two-lane drives in the convertible, and playing with our grandchildren. We work very hard to make our properties places where we would want to stay so that when you arrive, you'll have a warm and welcoming visit and be lacking for nothing. Welcome home!
