Our Home Is an Ideal Location for Your Large Multigenerational Vacation Stay. 5 Gathering Areas Provide Plenty of Room for You And Yours To Spread Out. Our 'Big Ol' Kitchen Table Seats 20+ And Allows Everyone to Share Celebratory Meals. Preparing Meals for Everyone Is a Snap! The Well-Appointed Kitchen Features A 48" Thermador Range Containing 6 Large Gas Burners, Griddle, Large Electric Oven, Steam Oven, Warming Tray and Pot Filler. The Back Yard Also Has A 4-Burner Stainless Steel Weber Grill and A 36" Blackstone Flat Top for Large Breakfasts and Barbecues.

The First Level Has a Seating Area with A Large Smart TV And Is a Great Spot For Adults To Relax And Wind Down. The Adjacent Kitchen Has a Large Fridge and An Under-Counter Small Beverage Fridge, So You'll Have Plenty of Cold Drinks. The Large Kitchen Table Is Also a Great Spot for Games Between Meals. There Is Also an Elder Friendly' Bathroom with Handicap Rails and A Seated Shower.

The Second Story Living Room Has Both Ocean and Bay Views, A Large Smart TV and is a Great Spot for the Kids to Hang Out on Multiple Couches. There Are Lots of Games and Toys for The Little Ones While They Are Here as Well. A Roof Top Deck with A Salt Water Hot Tub, Large Table and Lots of Seating for Everyone is a Great Spot to Hang Out and Watch the Sun Set. The Roof Is Also a Great Spot for Everyone to Watch Fireworks on The 4th Of July!

The Back Yard Has Two Large Tables, A Large Conversation Pit and Multiple Large Umbrellas. There Are Also Sand Toys, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs and Umbrellas in The Alley for Your Use During Your Stay with Us. There Is Room Up To 5 Of Your Vehicles on The Property. Our Street Ends at The Beach So There Is Limited Vehicular Traffic Outside.

The Entire Home Features All Original Artwork from Local Artists, is Brightly Decorated and Very Beachy. The Bedrooms Are All Unique and Comfortable and Each Have a Least One King or Queen-Sized Bed. Four of the Bedrooms are Large Enough to Also Accommodate a Crib. We are in a Quiet Part of The Island Equidistant Between Ship Bottom and The Queen City (Beach Haven) and Just 10 Blocks from The LBI ACME:

The third floor has its own entrance and is locked out for the Owners who may be present during your stay. The 2 ocean side 2 parking spots next to the fence are reserved for owners vehicles. The back yard or rooftop deck areas are for your use, we do not share these spaces with you. We have our own 3rd floor backdoor entrance. You can read our numerous reviews that state our renters loved staying with us and our presence was an asset. If we are here during your stay and if you need us let us know. We want you to enjoy your stay with us and make 85th street your street too and enjoy all LBI has to offer. Fun in the sun, ocean and bay play if our motto! Our "neighborhood" is a great street. Many are second homeowners and are very friendly. They are here all summer and know the island, ocean and routines and are helpful with advice as well. We have several businesses within walking/biking distance to shop, dine and activities. (within 1.3 miles)

We have parking for 5 cars for our guests. The alley on the bayside of home is for your parking. We reserve 2 parking spots on the Oceanside of home next to fence. There is free parking up the block right off the Blvd. There are a few spots on the street. Note: parking on the street changes daily so you can not leave car parked there. Street cleaner comes through so Police monitor this very closely and will ticket. We do not allow parking behind our parking lot.

We have Uber and Lyft (use apps) and a Taxi service if needed. '597 Taxi and Car Service'

We Do Not Book For Any Bachelor Parties Or Prom Groups.

If You Need ANY Help While Staying With Us, We Are Typically Just A Text Away. We Are Locals And Are Happy To Help With Recommendations On Places To Eat And Sometimes Provide A Coupon From Our Stash. We Have Some Great Ideas On How To Keep The Little Ones Busy And Where To Go With Them. If There Is Something You Can't Find Or Need In The House Let Us Know. We Most Likely Have EVERYTHING You Need Since We Live Here Year Round. You May Not Be Looking In The Right Place Or We May Have It In Our Lockout And Are Happy To Provide It For Your Use During Your Stay If We Have It!

Cancellations: House Must Be Rebooked For Timeline At At Least The Same Price To Receive A Refund.
