When you're ready to hit the beach, simply step out the back door and enjoy your own private beach access!

When you're done at the beach, head back to the house and rinse off in the convenient Outdoor Shower. Or simply take a dip in the large Private Pool and then unwind in the cozy Hot Tub. Inside, a spacious Game Room features a Pool Table, a Wet Bar with a refrigerator and icemaker, and a comfy Den with a TV to watch your favorite shows or movies. Also located on this level is a bedroom with 2 Twin beds, a Queen Bedroom, a King Bedroom, and a Full Hallway Bathroom.

Take the stairs up one flight and you will find the Middle Level which boats another Den and 4 Master Bedrooms. Filled with cozy, tasteful decor and plenty of room for everyone to spread out, this is the perfect floor for peace, quiet, and ultimate relaxation.

Take the stairs up one more level and enter the Top Level where you'll find a large Great Room featuring panoramic ocean views, plenty of coastal decor, and comfortable furniture perfect for gathering together for a family movie marathon or game night. A fully stocked Kitchen includes everything you need to whip up an impressive seafood masterpiece for the whole family to enjoy. A large Dining Area has seating for 12 around the table with an additional breakfast table and more seating at the kitchen bar if needed.
