With access to the large, screened porch you can enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap listening to the ocean breezes in the Live Oak trees lining the golf course behind your cottage. The second bedroom is appointed with a cute queen bedroom set and a full bath nicely appointed with great updates. The third bedroom with a double/twin bunk bed has a full, ensuite bath. Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Walk or bike to the beach and club pools.

Pet Policy: One dog is permitted at this property for an extra charge. Please indicate breed/size at the time of booking.
