It was a beautiful cabin. Definitely secluded and had good privacy. The driveway is pretty steep. Our van did bottom out backing out…The only two not really complaints but things that could be fixed. The TVs are all streaming devices and also the same brand so the remote and TVs would interchange with one another. That was frustrating. And if you didn’t have a streaming service, you couldn’t use, you kind of were without any TV. The other request would be for better seating around the outdoor fire pit. These seats were very narrow. Otherwise, very beautiful and well decorated and taken care of Cabin.

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad you found the unit clean and as advertised. We do have the TV information in the listing regarding it being streaming. There is a TV service you can use without your own subscription and those instructions were in the welcome information along with the best way to enter the steep driveway to avoid bottoming out. Being in the mountains we have to work with the terrain we are given. :) As always we are a phone call away and would have been happy to talk you through some of those challenges.

Great location comfortable beds. Over all the cabin was clean however there was always gnats, couldn’t find any rotten food but they were always there. The bathtub was clean but the water into the bathtub was dirty. Left dirt behind when tub was drained. TVs and remotes did not work consistently. You couldn’t have 2 tvs on at the same time. We had to unplug one tv just to watch the other tv in the bedroom. The back door to the hot tub stuck and wouldn’t open very easy.

Great Time in the Smokys

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was good for quiet relaxation. There isn't any type of mountain view just wooded. We had 4 adults and a toddler and space was good. The home could use some better side tables and hooks for hanging this up. Hot tub was off when we arrived and it needed chemicals. We weren't able to use it until our 2nd evening. The fire pit is gas so don't buy any wood bundles. We did have a bear visit which was pretty awesome. All in all a beautiful cabin!

We appreciate your suggestions regarding additional side tables and hooks. Each cabin is individually owned, but we’re always glad to pass guest feedback along for consideration. I did want to clarify how our hot tubs are prepared for every arrival. For guest safety, the hot tub is completely drained, sanitized, and refilled prior to each new stay. We do not pour loose chemicals into the water; instead, we use bromine tablets inside a floater to help keep the water balanced during use. The hot tub is safe to use prior to the floater being added, as the fresh water is clean and ready. We also keep date- and time-stamped photos of the empty tub for every reservation to ensure full transparency for any guest who requests it. We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin overall, and we appreciate you being our guest. We hope to welcome you back to the Smokies again soon for another relaxing getaway. — The Bear Tracts Family

A beautiful getaway

The cabin was very cozy and inviting. We felt at home right away. The firepit area was nice, but the hottub was our favorite place to be in the evenings. The beds were comfortable. We had a bit of a issue getting the ac to change over to heat. They were quick to come resolve the issue. Great stay!

LOVELY CABIN BUT..

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So this a brand-new community; lots of construction and it's a long drive up the mountain with many blind curves on narrow road. Construction going on at cabin directly across street each day but it's almost done. Couldn't use the hot tub during the day because there was no privacy. There is no view from cabin but cabin is new and well decorated. The king bed frame upstairs is not user friendly, have to crawl over a wide piece of the frame to get in and out. The pool table was a nice touch but it's crowded up against two walls. The driveway is a nightmare. Communication was great though with management. They gave us free two free attraction tix for the construction noise; would rather have had a knock off price.

Beautiful cabin but......

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off on a positive note - the cabin itself is beautiful!! I hate to leave bad reviews, no business is perfect, but also would hate for others to have a bad experience after paying good money to stay somewhere.There is a lot of construction of other cabins around it, which was quite noisy from daylight till dark, but if you don't plan on staying at the cabin much it won't really matter. They're construction stuff always seemed to be in the way when we would come and go from the cabins. Some guests at another cabin past ours actually had to get out of their car in front of us and move ug stirafoam construction blocks. There is absolutely no grass, just clay dirt. And fallen trees beside the firepit which looks really messy. It sleeps 8 people but there were only two bathrooms, one in each king suite and that's it. It was a little inconvenient having to share bathrooms with the other guests - a half bath would have really helped for the amount of guests allowed. Also, the king suite upstairs had the worst bed, we ended up having to stuff pillows around the edges of the mattress to raise the sides up to be even with the middle to keep from rolling out of the bed onto the frame platform around the mattress. It was raised in the center and sloped off on the sides, causing you to roll off the sides. The mattress was also hard. Some people may like hard mattresses though. Apparently the cleaner didn't mop the downstairs at all because our socks were filthy after being downstairs. We found chewing gum stuck to the floor in several places on the stairs in plain sight, so they weren't clean.

Its tough being held accountable for things beyond your control. Especially stuff that is a quarter mile away or more. There is no construction at all within eyesight of the property. There may be some noise as it does travel through the mountains. Yes the road the cabin is on has some construction and contractors aren't always the neatest. Its a brand new cabin, barely a month old. Grass will grow but it will take some time. When you have 8 people in the cabin it doesnt take long for the floors to become soiled rendering white socks dirty. We hate you didn't like the bed. Mattresses are such a personal choice and very subjective.

The staff were extremely nice & came when we experienced a couple of problems. Quick fix & everything was good. Thank you!!!The cabin is beautiful but the kitchen needs to be better equipped. We had no dish towels or dish clothes. The temp would automatically jump up to 75 at night because it was equipped with the Nest thing. Way, way too hot!! The firepit had potential but it caved in so we couldn't use it after the first couple of days. The setup was really nice. Overall, I'd give the cabin a 4.75 out of 5. The staff would get a 10.0😊

Definitely Recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing cabin! We loved the decor and everything was spotless on arrival! Did not find a single bug inside the cabin. Great location, close enough to attractions (20min) and yet still secluded. Ample space for our two families of three (2 adults, 1 tween per family). Explorie coupons were a nice perk! Guest book was a nice touch! Property management was quick to reply (needed code for propane tank and we broke a shower head) and pleasant to deal with. Description says they supply you with enough supplies for first couple days, but it lasted us a week. The only things we needed to buy/bring were extra garbage bags and dish soap (if you needed to hand wash couple items, there was soap for the dishwasher). Would definitely book with Bear Tracts again and highly recommend Miracle in the Smokies!
