Thank you for staying with us. We are glad you found the unit clean and as advertised. We do have the TV information in the listing regarding it being streaming. There is a TV service you can use without your own subscription and those instructions were in the welcome information along with the best way to enter the steep driveway to avoid bottoming out. We are glad to hear you found the cabin beautiful and enjoyed the modern aesthetic, furnishings, rec room, Jacuzzi, and peaceful mountain setting. After reviewing the housekeeping photos taken prior to your arrival and comparing them to the photos provided, the documented photos showed a clean deck and outdoor table. The debris shown outside appeared to be leaves, which can blow in after cleaning in a wooded mountain setting. The small amount of sand or debris noted in the hot tub was addressed promptly by maintenance. This does not indicate the hot tub was not cleaned. Hot tubs are cleaned and serviced prior to each arrival, and it is not uncommon for some debris to become caught in the plumbing and release after cleaning. We also reviewed the interior photos, including the zoomed-in dried water mark on the counter and the quarter-sized coffee stain near the refrigerator. While our housekeeping photos did not show the broader cleaning concerns mentioned, we will still review the feedback with our team. When contacted, we offered to send housekeeping back. Guests are not required to wait; we can schedule housekeeping at their convenience or while they are away. We will also follow up with our landscapers regarding the firepit area. We are happy to hear you ultimately enjoyed your stay.

I did want to clarify how our hot tubs are prepared for every arrival. For guest safety, the hot tub is completely drained, sanitized, and refilled prior to each new stay. We do not pour loose chemicals into the water; instead, we use bromine tablets inside a floater to help keep the water balanced during use. The hot tub is safe to use prior to the floater being added, as the fresh water is clean and ready. We also keep date- and time-stamped photos of the empty tub for every reservation to ensure full transparency for any guest who requests it. Its tough being held accountable for things beyond your control. Especially stuff that is a quarter mile away or more. There is no construction at all within eyesight of the property. There may be some noise as it does travel through the mountains. Yes the road the cabin is on has some construction and contractors aren't always the neatest. Its a brand new cabin, barely a month old. Grass will grow but it will take some time. When you have 8 people in the cabin it doesnt take long for the floors to become soiled rendering white socks dirty. We hate you didn't like the bed. Mattresses are such a personal choice and very subjective.
