“Iris Cottage” - Cozy Cabin that Sleeps 10

The Iris Cottage is the perfect getaway for families. The home sits on a large peaceful corner in Paradise Hill with close proximity to Strayhorn Marina, Fin & Feather Resort and Soda Steve’s restaurant. The home boasts a large tranquil deck with an outdoor table that seats 8 and makes for a great place to gather while the pellet smoker prepares dinner. There is also an outdoor tv under the covered section of the deck. With 3 BR’s and 3 BA, there should be plenty of room for playing games, relaxing, or spending time with friends & family. There is a DVD player in the master bedroom and the living room with many great movie classics to choose from. If you can’t find a movie, the kids may opt for the Wii and have a Guitar Hero challenge.
The cabin is appr. 2,000 square feet, multi-level, and sleeps 10 in 3 bedrooms with the following layout;
1 King in the loft
1 King in the master
1 Queen in the walkout basement
1 full/twin bunk bed in the walkout basement
1 twin/twin bunk bed in the walkout basement
-Multi-level home with stairs.
There is also a futon in the master among with a king size bean bag bed that kids would love.
