Luxury, privacy, ocean views and location! This lovely 1600+sq ft home has 3 stories. On the first floor is the living area, dining area, kitchen, guest bedroom and guest bathroom. There is a back patio off the dining area with a propane fire table. There are stairs leading from the living area to the ground level below where you will find the washer/dryer and private access to the garage. The second story boasts the incredible master bedroom/master bathroom which has a private balcony for you to sit and enjoy the sunsets and gorgeous Pacific Ocean views. There is also another guest bedroom and guest bathroom on the second floor.
This home is located in a residential neighborhood. It's better suited for families, corporate retreats and groups coming for a relaxing time.
Each bedroom has ready made beds with at least one towel set (wash, hand and bath) per guest. Extras available as well.
